【摘要】：以工程項目施工階段成本控制要素為研究對象,通過文獻(xiàn)研究初步識別出30個成本控制的基本要素并進行問卷調(diào)查;然后運用相對重要性指數(shù)分析要素之間的相對關(guān)系,并對排名靠后的要素進行分析;最后,運用主成分分析法探索要素的內(nèi)部關(guān)系,提取7個主成分因子進行解釋和命名,分別是:動態(tài)監(jiān)控、計劃水平、控制尺度、溝通協(xié)作、資源控制、控制手段和成本分析。
[Abstract]:Taking the cost control elements of the construction stage of the project as the research object, 30 basic elements of the cost control were identified through the literature research and questionnaire survey was carried out. Then the relative relationship between the elements is analyzed by using the relative importance index, and the factors at the bottom of the ranking are analyzed. Finally, the principal component analysis is used to explore the internal relationship of the elements, and seven principal component factors are extracted for interpretation and naming, namely: dynamic monitoring, planning level, control scale, communication and cooperation, resource control. Control means and cost analysis.
