PL資產管理公司的多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:PL Asset Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 in Hangzhou Xihu District EAC, moved to CBD., Hangzhou Jianggan District in 2016. After six years of hard development, PL's business has evolved from a single agency management to a diversified asset management company based on agency management, product research and development and Internet finance. However, because the diversification process of the company is too fast, the degree of business coordination is not high, the return cycle is too long, can not meet the technical needs for a short time, the lack of professionals, seriously hinders the development of PL company. In this competitive environment full of opportunities and challenges, it is the key for the company to maintain its core competitiveness and sustainable and healthy development to choose a set of diversified development model suitable for itself and to ensure its effective implementation, and it is also the significance of this paper. Taking PL asset management company as an example, through the related theory of diversification development, this paper analyzes the present situation of diversification development of domestic and foreign enterprises, and makes a detailed study on the diversification strategy of PL asset management company. First of all, through the in-depth interview with the senior management of the enterprise, this paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of the diversification of PL assets; secondly, based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the PL asset management company from the external environment and internal conditions of the company, and confirms that the enterprise should still diversify as a whole, but the development direction needs to be adjusted to the "refocusing strategy". Then, on the basis of the denuclearization strategy, the Boston matrix model is used to analyze the original plates of the company, and the development of each plate is adjusted correctly. finally, combined with the strategic development content of this paper, the main measures of diversified management of PL company are put forward. The research in this paper is not only helpful to the healthy and orderly diversification of PL company, but also provides a reference for other similar comprehensive asset management enterprises in the strategic choice of diversification.
