NC銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究
[Abstract]:Due to the continuous progress of productive forces, rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of residents' living standards and quality, with the monetization of housing, pension, medical care, education and other welfare, more and more residents begin to increase their investment in the financial field, and the demand and supply of financial services show a growing trend. Moreover, in order to maintain operational efficiency, banks begin to optimize and upgrade their internal business structure. In order to obtain more market share, many commercial banks increase the development and innovation of financial products, so that they become the main way to attract and retain high-end customers. Bank financial management business is an important financial innovation, which is a new business developed under the environment of domestic financial reform and separate supervision. At present, it occupies an important position in the market. With the continuous extension of the development scope of financial management business, it not only enhances the market competitiveness of commercial banks, but also effectively integrates traditional commercial banks with modern asset management business, enriches the integrated management content inside and outside the balance sheet of commercial banks, and injects long-term impetus into the sustainable and steady development and business transformation of commercial banks. In 2004, Everbright Bank took the lead in developing RMB financial products. And in the market public sale, opened a new chapter in the development of domestic financial business. By the end of 2015, the financial management business of commercial banks in China has been matured and improved, the fields and scope of the business have been broadened, the balance of financial funds has exceeded 23 trillion yuan, and the financial and financial business of our country has achieved a historic breakthrough and leap-forward growth. However, compared with the relatively mature financial management business in foreign countries, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the research and development of financial products in our country. We should formulate an effective strategic plan in time, which will play a positive role in promoting the development of the financial business of commercial banks in our country, and at the same time, we should develop the savings force in the financial field of our country in an all-round way. Based on the theories of economics, finance and marketing, this paper puts forward the new development direction and structure framework of financial management business by combining static analysis with dynamic analysis. First of all, this paper comprehensively expounds the development and characteristics of financial management business, combined with the actual national conditions of our country, the situation of the people, the development characteristics and current situation of commercial banks in China are summarized and summarized. This paper focuses on NC bank as the research object, elaborated the historical background and the whole process of NC bank development in detail, combined with the practice to carry on the thorough analysis. At the same time, according to the changing law and internal requirements of the international market, the SWOT method is used to analyze the financial management business of NC bank. Finally, the existing problems and the causes of the problems are summarized, and constructive suggestions and strategic planning schemes are put forward. Taking NC Bank as an example, NC Bank, as a city commercial bank, should gradually reduce the gap with state-owned, joint-stock commercial banks and Internet financial products, and give full play to the important role of financial management business in the development and transformation of commercial banks from the aspects of defining the development objectives of financial management business, defining the market orientation of financial management business, strengthening the construction of financial management brand, speeding up the innovation of product research and development, and perfecting the construction of R & D team. To ensure the healthy, orderly and standardized development of NC bank in the market-oriented environment of interest rate.
