【摘要】：供給側(cè)改革背景下,我國(guó)生產(chǎn)者物價(jià)指數(shù)(PPI)波動(dòng)性勢(shì)必會(huì)上升,給穩(wěn)定通貨膨脹帶來新的挑戰(zhàn),價(jià)格波動(dòng)從PPI向CPI傳導(dǎo)是否顯著以及是否需要將PPI納入通貨膨脹目標(biāo)成為值得深思的問題。本文引入連續(xù)小波變換分析框架,將PPI指數(shù)細(xì)分為生產(chǎn)者購(gòu)進(jìn)價(jià)格指數(shù)和生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格指數(shù),深入研究了二者和居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù)之間的領(lǐng)先滯后關(guān)系以及價(jià)格傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明,短期內(nèi)存在PPI和CPI之間雙向價(jià)格傳導(dǎo),二者互為領(lǐng)先指標(biāo);長(zhǎng)期只存在從PPI到CPI的價(jià)格傳導(dǎo),PPI是CPI的領(lǐng)先指標(biāo)。為了穩(wěn)定通貨膨脹,應(yīng)當(dāng)將PPI指數(shù)尤其是生產(chǎn)者購(gòu)進(jìn)價(jià)格指數(shù)納入通貨膨脹目標(biāo),在提升貨幣政策有效性的同時(shí)減少政策時(shí)滯。
[Abstract]:Under the background of supply-side reform, the volatility of (PPI) in producer price index of our country is bound to rise, which brings new challenges to stable inflation. Whether the transmission of price fluctuation from PPI to CPI is significant and whether it is necessary to include PPI in inflation target is a question worth pondering. In this paper, the continuous wavelet transform analysis framework is introduced, and the PPI index is subdivided into producer purchase price index and producer ex-factory price index, and the leading lag relationship between them and consumer price index and the price transmission mechanism are deeply studied. The results show that there is two-way price transmission between PPI and CPI in the short term, which is the leading index of each other, and only the price transmission from PPI to CPI exists in the long run, and PPI is the leading index of CPI. In order to stabilize inflation, the PPI index, especially the producer purchase price index, should be included in the inflation target to improve the effectiveness of monetary policy while reducing the policy lag.
