【摘要】："十三五"改革釋放的整體信號是"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享",其中對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)提出規(guī)范性的要求,旨在通過與傳統(tǒng)金融相融合的方式持續(xù)改革,推進向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型,在推進經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)理念下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融是打造"雙創(chuàng)"局面的重要保障。文章基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景、現(xiàn)狀和趨勢展開研究,在闡明國內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融行業(yè)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出推進金融機構(gòu)改革、發(fā)揮新興產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢、引導(dǎo)普惠金融職能的轉(zhuǎn)型與升級方向。
[Abstract]:The overall signal of the 13th five-year Plan reform is "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing". It puts forward normative requirements for the Internet financial industry, aiming at continuous reform through integration with traditional finance. To promote the transformation to the Internet model, under the concept of promoting the new normal of the economy, Internet finance is an important guarantee to create the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" situation. Based on the background, present situation and trend of Internet finance, this paper puts forward to promote the reform of financial institutions and give full play to the advantages of emerging industries on the basis of expounding the mode of domestic Internet financial industry. Guide the transformation and upgrading of inclusive financial functions.
