【摘要】：隨著金融生態(tài)環(huán)境研究的深入,金融市場主體與金融外部環(huán)境能否在和諧的關(guān)系下發(fā)展成長已經(jīng)成為衡量金融業(yè)發(fā)展是否健康的一個重要指標(biāo)。金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的提出從金融外部環(huán)境的角度出發(fā)打破了以往更多關(guān)注金融市場主體的局面為促進金融業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一個全新的視角。在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的時代背景下,河北省與京津兩地在金融生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)方面的差距直接影響到了區(qū)域金融一體化與經(jīng)濟一體化的實現(xiàn),因此研究探討河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè),提升河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)水平對于實現(xiàn)京津冀一體化具有戰(zhàn)略性的意義。本文以金融生態(tài)環(huán)境概念的提出與發(fā)展作為切入點,運用了文獻資料搜集法、理論與實際相結(jié)合及實證研究法對河北省十一個地級市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境做了具體的分析與研究。首先闡述了目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于金融生態(tài)環(huán)境研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并通過闡述研究思路、研究內(nèi)容與研究方法構(gòu)造了文章的整體框架。其次介紹了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的相關(guān)理論內(nèi)涵和特征及其金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的相關(guān)理論,同時介紹了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境實證分析的幾種常用的方法并提出了因子分析的優(yōu)勢,為下文分析做出理論鋪墊。然后詳述了河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀及其建設(shè)中存在的問題,以描述性語言分析河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境在其建設(shè)中存在的問題。緊接著構(gòu)建河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評價指標(biāo)體系并詳述因子分析法的實現(xiàn)過程,并以此為基礎(chǔ)對影響河北省十一個地級市金融生態(tài)環(huán)境各因子進行實證分析評價分析,為更有針對性提出河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的對策建議做基礎(chǔ),在前文問題論述與實證分析的基礎(chǔ)上對河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境進行分析與評價,最后從經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)、金融市場環(huán)境、信用環(huán)境及制度環(huán)境幾個方面對河北省金融生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)化提出具體對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the study of financial ecological environment, whether the main body of financial market and the financial external environment can develop and grow under the harmonious relationship has become an important index to measure the health of the development of financial industry. From the point of view of financial external environment, the financial ecological environment provides a new perspective for promoting the development of the financial industry by breaking the previous situation of paying more attention to the main body of the financial market. Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the gap between Hebei Province and Beijing and Tianjin in the construction of financial ecological environment has directly affected the realization of regional financial integration and economic integration. Therefore, it is of strategic significance to study and discuss the construction of financial ecological environment in Hebei Province and to improve the level of financial ecological environment construction in Hebei Province for the realization of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Taking the concept and development of financial ecological environment as the starting point, this paper makes a concrete analysis and research on the financial ecological environment of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province by using the method of literature collection, the combination of theory and practice and the method of empirical research. Firstly, this paper expounds the present situation of the research and development of financial ecological environment at home and abroad, and constructs the overall framework of the article by expounding the research ideas, research contents and research methods. Secondly, it introduces the connotation and characteristics of the financial ecological environment and the related theories of the financial ecological environment, and introduces several common methods of empirical analysis of the financial ecological environment and puts forward the advantages of factor analysis. It paves the way for the following analysis. Then the present situation of financial ecological environment in Hebei Province and the existing problems in its construction are described in detail, and the problems existing in the construction of financial ecological environment in Hebei Province are analyzed with descriptive language. Then, the evaluation index system of financial ecological environment in Hebei Province is constructed and the realization process of factor analysis is described in detail. On this basis, the factors affecting the financial ecological environment of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province are empirically analyzed and evaluated. In order to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the financial ecological environment of Hebei Province, this paper analyzes and evaluates the financial ecological environment of Hebei Province on the basis of the previous discussion and empirical analysis, and finally analyzes and evaluates the financial ecological environment of Hebei Province from the economic base and the financial market environment. This paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of financial ecological environment in Hebei Province from several aspects of credit environment and institutional environment.
