【摘要】：對外投資是一個經(jīng)濟體發(fā)展到一定程度的必然產(chǎn)物,也是國際經(jīng)濟政治競爭力的主要表現(xiàn)�！栋l(fā)達(dá)國家與發(fā)展中國家對外直接投資效率比較研究》從對外投資的傳統(tǒng)理論講起,延伸到當(dāng)前對外投資理論的最新發(fā)展,通過案例形式分析發(fā)達(dá)與發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟體的對外投資異同問題�！栋l(fā)達(dá)國家與發(fā)展中國家金融業(yè)對外投資的比較研究》從二戰(zhàn)后國際金融投資發(fā)展趨勢說起,提出對外投資目標(biāo)國選擇、對外開放空間與投資主動性、投資動機是發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家金融對外投資最主要的差別�！懂�(dāng)前中國對外投資戰(zhàn)略的國際比較》,分析了中美日三國對外投資戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展階段與特征,提出中國應(yīng)構(gòu)建跨國公司主導(dǎo)和企業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的對外投資模式�！吨忻缹ν庵苯油顿Y績效比較》,分析了中國和美國對外投資的異同點以及不同的績效表現(xiàn),并對今后中國對外直接投資的模式進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Outward investment is an inevitable product of the development of an economy to a certain extent, and is also the main manifestation of international economic and political competitiveness. "A Comparative study of the efficiency of Foreign Direct Investment between developed and developing countries" starts from the traditional theory of outward investment. Extending to the latest developments in the current theory of outward investment, This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of foreign investment between developed and developing economies in the form of cases. "A Comparative study of Foreign Investment in Financial Industry between developed and developing countries" starts with the development trend of international financial investment after World War II. It is pointed out that the choice of the target countries for foreign investment, the opening space and the initiative of investment, and the investment motivation are the main differences between developed and developing countries in financial outward investment. "International comparison of China's Foreign Investment Strategies at present," This paper analyzes on the development stages and characteristics of the three foreign investment strategies of China, the United States and Japan, and puts forward that China should construct a mode of foreign investment in which multinational corporations dominate and enterprises cooperate with each other. "A comparison of the performance of China and the United States in Foreign Direct Investment", This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between China and the United States and their different performance, and constructs the pattern of China's outward direct investment in the future.
