【摘要】：金融一體化與金融動蕩的全球蔓延是當今國際金融市場的突出特征。本文通過公司數據的研究旨在揭示宏觀上聯(lián)動和傳染的微觀經濟基礎。具體而言,本文構建了一個由我國各類行業(yè)典型上市公司宏微觀經濟特征數據構成的樣本,以美國次貸危機及后續(xù)的歐債危機為典型事件,研究并揭示國際金融市場動蕩對我國資本市場的傳染渠道及其異質性影響。結果表明:與危機國存在出口競爭關系的公司,與危機國有直接貿易往來的公司,以及對短期債務更加依賴的公司在危機期間的市場表現更差。研究結論證實產品競爭力、收入效應和信貸緊縮是危機傳染的主要渠道,而流動性不足引發(fā)的資產組合調整壓力在我國市場上并未出現。
[Abstract]:The global spread of financial integration and financial turbulence is a prominent feature of today's international financial markets. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the micro-economic base of linkage and contagion on the macroscopical level through the research of company data. Specifically, this paper constructs a sample of macro-and micro-economic characteristics of typical listed companies in various industries in China, taking the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and the subsequent European debt crisis as the typical events. This paper studies and reveals the influence of international financial market turbulence on the contagion channels and heterogeneity of China's capital markets. The results show that firms with export competition with crisis countries, those with direct trade with crisis countries, and those more dependent on short-term debt performed worse in the market during the crisis. The results show that product competitiveness, income effect and credit crunch are the main channels of contagion, while the pressure of portfolio adjustment caused by lack of liquidity does not appear in the market of our country.
