【摘要】：模塊化對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變革具有革命性的意義,已經(jīng)在各領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的運(yùn)用。隨著企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,組織內(nèi)部的分工日趨清晰,傳統(tǒng)的以效率為導(dǎo)向的集成化、流水線的生產(chǎn)模式很難生產(chǎn)面向顧客的產(chǎn)品。具有中間性特征的模塊化組織,以更專業(yè)化的分工帶來生產(chǎn)成本的降低和規(guī)�；膬r值�；诖�,本文在分析模塊化特性以及金融業(yè)模塊化可行性的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用金融業(yè)模塊化組織設(shè)計的設(shè)計規(guī)則及其概念進(jìn)行模型分析,從結(jié)構(gòu)、界面、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三個方面對金融業(yè)模塊化進(jìn)行組織設(shè)計,得出金融業(yè)模塊化組織中模塊內(nèi)部及整個模塊化系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行關(guān)系,旨在推動金融業(yè)模塊化的更全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Modularization has revolutionary significance to the reform of industrial structure and has been widely used in various fields. With the further development of enterprise organizational structure, the division of labor within the organization is becoming clearer and the traditional efficiency-oriented integration makes it difficult for the production mode of pipeline to produce customer-oriented products. Modular organizations with intermediate characteristics bring about the reduction of production cost and the value of scale with more specialized division of labor. Based on the analysis of modularization characteristics and the feasibility of modularization in the financial industry, this paper uses the design rules and concepts of modular organization design in the financial industry to model analysis, from the structure, interface, and so on. The paper designs the modularization of financial industry in three aspects, and draws the running relationship between the module and the whole modularization system in the modularization organization of financial industry, which aims to promote the more comprehensive development of modularization in the financial industry.
