移動支付對消費行為的影響研究:基于不同支付方式的比較

【摘要】:支付方式常常會影響到消費者的購買行為。本文通過實驗方法,研究了現(xiàn)金支付、信用卡、螞蟻花唄、支付寶以及微信支付等不同支付方式對消費者購買金額的影響。實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),移動支付能刺激消費,其中螞蟻花唄能夠明顯刺激消費金額增長,而微信支付和支付寶支付對消費者購買的影響的差異不顯著。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,本文提出了鼓勵移動支付發(fā)展、適度開發(fā)移動理財工具、加強風險管理等促進消費的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Payment methods often affect the purchase behavior of consumers. In this paper, the effects of different payment methods, such as cash payment, credit card, ant flower, Alipay and WeChat Pay, on the purchase amount of consumers are studied. Empirical research shows that mobile payment can stimulate consumption, among which ant flower can obviously stimulate the increase of consumption amount, while WeChat Pay and Alipay payment have no significant difference on consumer purchase. According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote consumption, such as encouraging the development of mobile payment, appropriately developing mobile financial management tools, strengthening risk management and so on.
