【摘要】：本文概述了當(dāng)前我國雙向FDI的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與面臨問題,并深入分析雙向FDI對流通價值鏈升級的影響機(jī)理。為進(jìn)一步研究IFDI和OFDI對流通價值鏈升級的作用,本文構(gòu)建了實證模型,通過面板數(shù)據(jù)單位根驗證和GLS回歸分析,驗證我國IFDI和OFDI對流通價值鏈升級的具體影響作用。結(jié)果表明,IFDI對流通價值鏈升級的促進(jìn)作用略強(qiáng)于OFDI,且IFDI與OFDI相互抑制對流通價值鏈的效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development and problems of two-way FDI in China are summarized, and the influence mechanism of two-way FDI on the upgrading of circulation value chain is analyzed. In order to further study the effect of IFDI and OFDI on the upgrading of circulation value chain, this paper constructs an empirical model. Through panel data unit root verification and GLS regression analysis, the paper verifies the specific effect of IFDI and OFDI on circulation value chain upgrading in China. The results show that the promotion effect of IFDI on circulation value chain is slightly stronger than that of OFDI, and that IFDI and OFDI restrain each other in circulation value chain.
