農(nóng)業(yè)銀行樂山分行財(cái)富管理研究

【摘要】:從1979年開始,中國的改革開放正式開始實(shí)施至今也有38年的時(shí)間了,在這期間,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速增長帶來了國民財(cái)富的快速積累和增加,面對越來越多的貨幣資產(chǎn),人們對如何打理手中的閑置資金有了迫切的理財(cái)需求,對金融機(jī)構(gòu)而言,這自然而然成為了大力發(fā)展財(cái)富管理的歷史性機(jī)遇。2016年,招商銀行和貝恩公司聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《2015中國私人財(cái)富報(bào)告》,其中數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在2014年,我國個(gè)人可投資資產(chǎn)1千萬以上的人數(shù)已經(jīng)超過了100萬人,而2015年則超過了200萬,預(yù)計(jì)到2020年,這個(gè)數(shù)字將會(huì)以年增速13.4%的水平增長到388萬戶,屆時(shí),高凈值人群的可投資資產(chǎn)總額將會(huì)達(dá)到200萬億。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的快速崛起,其對我國傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展模式和盈利模式均發(fā)起了挑戰(zhàn),改變了商業(yè)銀行價(jià)值創(chuàng)造和實(shí)現(xiàn)的方式,加快了金融脫媒,銀行利差持續(xù)收窄,商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展環(huán)境已發(fā)生深刻變化,如何發(fā)展財(cái)富管理也就成為我國商業(yè)銀行能否轉(zhuǎn)型成功的一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略問題。本文以農(nóng)業(yè)銀行樂山分行財(cái)富管理為實(shí)際研究對象,運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合自身的工作實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),分別對農(nóng)行樂山分行財(cái)富管理的現(xiàn)狀與問題、客戶現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,通過對國內(nèi)行業(yè)領(lǐng)頭羊的招商銀行財(cái)富管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及做法借鑒,提出了針對農(nóng)行樂山分行財(cái)富管理發(fā)展的對策和建議,為其做大和做強(qiáng)財(cái)富管理提供了新的思路。通過對農(nóng)行樂山分行財(cái)富管理研究得出的結(jié)論具有一定的普遍性,對國內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行在現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展財(cái)富管理具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since 1979, China's reform and opening up has been officially implemented for 38 years. During this period, China's economy has undergone earth-shaking changes, and sustained and rapid economic growth has brought about the rapid accumulation and increase of national wealth. Faced with more and more money assets, there is an urgent need to manage idle funds, which naturally becomes a historic opportunity for financial institutions to vigorously develop wealth management in 2016. China Merchants Bank and Bain jointly released the 2015 China Private Wealth report, in which data show that in 2014, the number of individuals with more than 10 million personal investable assets exceeded 1 million, compared with more than 2 million in 2015. By 2020, the figure is expected to grow to 3.88 million households at an annual rate of 13. 4%, bringing the total investable assets of the high net worth population to 200 trillion. With the rapid rise of Internet finance, it has challenged the traditional commercial banks' development model and profit model, changed the way of value creation and realization of commercial banks, accelerated the financial disintermediation, and narrowed the bank interest margin continuously. The development environment of commercial banks has undergone profound changes, and how to develop wealth management has become a strategic issue for the success of the transformation of commercial banks in China. This paper takes the wealth management of Leshan Branch of Agricultural Bank as the actual research object, applies the relevant theory, unifies own work practice experience, separately has carried on the analysis to the present situation and the question of the wealth management of the Agricultural Bank of China Leshan Branch, the customer present situation, Based on the experience and practice of wealth management of China Merchants Bank (CMB), the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of wealth management in Leshan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, which provides a new way of thinking for the development of wealth management in China Merchants Bank. The conclusion from the study on wealth management in Leshan Branch of Agricultural Bank has certain universality and has certain reference value for other domestic commercial banks to develop wealth management at the present stage.
