【摘要】：當(dāng)前,信息化建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)對信息化建設(shè)需求隨之增加,但企業(yè)往往缺乏信息化專業(yè)技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗(yàn),軟件開發(fā)過程中,如果利用外包手段,以減少項(xiàng)目成本,從而使重心挪到主要業(yè)務(wù)中,因此,軟件外包必然會(huì)越來越受到企業(yè)青睞。軟件外包的目的是為企業(yè)帶來潛在的收益,但事實(shí)證明,并不是所有軟件項(xiàng)目都能在外包中獲得成功,外包過程中充滿了各種不確定性,企業(yè)通過軟件項(xiàng)目外包所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與自己開發(fā)相比會(huì)有很多不同,然而,很多發(fā)包方和承包方又缺乏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí),因此,各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接踵而來,卻不能得到很好的控制和管理,給軟件外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)升高,導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目失敗率較高。為了保障軟件外包項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施,進(jìn)行軟件外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理就是一條必要途徑。軟件外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理可以從發(fā)包方和承包方兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行研究,本文將從發(fā)包方角度出發(fā),結(jié)合誠信信貸公司個(gè)人貸款管理軟件外包項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行研究探索,從而提升外包項(xiàng)目的成功率。本文首先介紹了論文研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容及方法等。其次闡述了了有關(guān)軟件外包項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),為后續(xù)內(nèi)容做好鋪墊。第三,在誠信信貸公司個(gè)人貸款管理軟件外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別中,介紹了德爾菲法、檢查表法、頭腦風(fēng)暴法、態(tài)勢分析法等常用識(shí)別方法的特點(diǎn),并說明了本文選取德爾菲法的原因�；诖肆谐鲲L(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素初始清單,闡述了利用德爾菲法對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別的全過程,得出主要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。第四,在誠信信貸公司個(gè)人貸款管理軟件外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中,本文結(jié)合誠信信貸公司軟件外包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特點(diǎn),對主觀分析法、決策樹分析法,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣法等多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行介紹,總結(jié)分析出每種評(píng)估方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),從而選出更加適用于該項(xiàng)目的層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學(xué)法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。之后從構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素層次著手,分析各項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)權(quán)重和發(fā)生的概率,得出各項(xiàng)子風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對總風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,獲得最終的模糊綜合評(píng)估結(jié)果。最后,本文基于上述研究提出具體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略,為該公司有效規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),降低損失,更加順利的完成軟件外包工作提供保障。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of information construction, the enterprise demand for information construction increases, but enterprises often lack of information technology and experience. In the process of software development, if outsourcing means are used to reduce the cost of the project, Therefore, software outsourcing will be more and more favored by enterprises. The purpose of software outsourcing is to bring potential benefits to enterprises, but it turns out that not all software projects can succeed in outsourcing, and the process of outsourcing is full of various uncertainties. The risks faced by enterprises through software project outsourcing will be different from their own development. However, many contractors and contractors lack the awareness of risk management. However, it can not be well controlled and managed, which increases the risk of software outsourcing projects, resulting in a high project failure rate. In order to guarantee the successful implementation of software outsourcing project, risk management of software outsourcing project is a necessary way. The risk management of software outsourcing project can be studied from two angles: the contractor and the contractor. This paper will start from the point of view of the contractor and combine with the actual situation of the personal loan management software outsourcing project of the credit company. Research on risk management to enhance the success rate of outsourcing projects. This paper first introduces the research background, domestic and foreign research status, research content and methods. Secondly, the related theory foundation of software outsourcing project is expounded, which lays the groundwork for the following content. Thirdly, in the risk identification of personal loan management software outsourcing project of credit company, the paper introduces the characteristics of Delphi method, checklist method, brainstorming method, situation analysis method and so on. The reason why the Delphi method is chosen in this paper is explained. Based on the initial list of risk factors, the whole process of identifying risk factors by Delphi method is expounded, and the main risk factors are obtained. Fourth, in the credit company personal loan management software outsourcing project risk assessment, this paper combines the credit company software outsourcing project risk characteristics, subjective analysis, decision tree analysis, Several risk assessment methods, such as risk matrix method, are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized and analyzed, and the AHP and fuzzy mathematics methods, which are more suitable for the project, are selected for risk assessment. Then we analyze the weight and probability of each risk factor, and get the influence of each sub-risk on the total risk, and get the final fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result. Finally, based on the above research, this paper puts forward specific risk coping strategies for the company to effectively avoid risk, reduce losses, and more smoothly complete the software outsourcing work to provide protection.
