【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)的信用貨幣體制下,國(guó)家對(duì)法定貨幣具有絕對(duì)控制權(quán);在很多國(guó)家,這種絕對(duì)控制權(quán)對(duì)本國(guó)貨幣幣值穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成了威脅;而區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)為法定貨幣的控制權(quán)在國(guó)家與民眾之間的重新分配提供了技術(shù)可行性。本文在分析現(xiàn)行區(qū)塊鏈貨幣控制權(quán)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)比研究了去中心化的、中心化的、部分中心化的區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)椒ǘㄘ泿朋w系下,國(guó)家對(duì)法定貨幣控制權(quán)的可能變化,以及法定貨幣控制權(quán)變化對(duì)幣值穩(wěn)定、鑄幣收益、貨幣政策與金融監(jiān)管的影響。
[Abstract]:In the traditional credit currency system, the state has absolute control over the legal currency, and in many countries, this absolute control right poses a threat to the stability of its currency. The blockchain technology provides the technical feasibility for the redistribution of the control rights of the legal tender between the state and the people. Based on the analysis of the current block chain monetary control rights, this paper contrasts and studies the possible changes of state control over legal currency under the decentralized and partially centralized block chain legal tender system. And the influence of the change of legal currency control on currency stability, seigniorage, monetary policy and financial supervision.
