【摘要】：當(dāng)前,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)已然成為了我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力。目前,我國(guó)正處于城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展的階段,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程取得了令人矚目的成績(jī)。然而城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)資金的支持,據(jù)國(guó)家發(fā)改委相關(guān)測(cè)算表明,到2020年我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)所需資金將超過(guò)40萬(wàn)億元。如此大的資金需求,僅僅依靠政府和正規(guī)金融部門(mén)的支持是不夠的,若能將民間金融在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的作用發(fā)揮出來(lái),充分挖掘民間金融的潛力,那么城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的資金短缺問(wèn)題便能得到有效緩解。基于我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)資金短缺的大背景下,本文展開(kāi)了關(guān)于民間金融與城鎮(zhèn)化關(guān)系的研究。本文首先介紹了研究背景及意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧,擬定了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和基本框架。其次對(duì)民間金融和城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,并回顧了民間金融、城鎮(zhèn)化和發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論。隨后從理論上對(duì)民間金融的城鎮(zhèn)化影響進(jìn)行了探析,主要對(duì)我國(guó)民間金融的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,并采用θ值法估算出了我國(guó)民間金融的規(guī)模;其次從我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的融資需求角度進(jìn)行了分析,最后以制度變遷為切入點(diǎn),分析了制度變遷中民間金融與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的關(guān)系。緊接著本文展開(kāi)了民間金融對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化影響的實(shí)證研究,采用了面板數(shù)據(jù)分析法,將民間金融規(guī)模指標(biāo)與新型城鎮(zhèn)化指標(biāo)相結(jié)合,從實(shí)證的角度分析了民間金融與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的關(guān)系,為前文的理論研究提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。最后根據(jù)前文的分析結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)民間金融在促進(jìn)農(nóng)村人口向城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)移方面的作用最強(qiáng)、其次是對(duì)于促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)方面發(fā)揮的作用、第三是在城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)方面發(fā)揮的作用。為使民間金融更好地服務(wù)于城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),本文針對(duì)我國(guó)民間金融和城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of urbanization has become an important driving force for the social and economic development of our country. At present, China is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization, urbanization construction process has made remarkable achievements. However, the development of urbanization can not be separated from the support of funds. According to the relevant calculations of the National Development and Reform Commission, the capital required for the construction of urbanization in China will exceed 40 trillion yuan by 2020. It is not enough to rely solely on the support of the government and the formal financial sector for such a large capital demand. If the role of private finance in the construction of urbanization can be brought into full play, the potential of private finance can be fully exploited. So the problem of capital shortage in urbanization construction can be effectively alleviated. Based on the background of capital shortage in urbanization construction, this paper studies the relationship between private finance and urbanization. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, and draws up the research content and basic framework of this paper. Secondly, it defines the connotation of folk finance and urbanization, and reviews the basic theories of folk finance, urbanization and development economics. Then it analyzes the influence of the urbanization of folk finance theoretically, mainly describes the current situation of the folk finance in China, and estimates the scale of the folk finance in our country by 胃 value method. Secondly, from the perspective of the financing demand of urbanization process in China, the paper analyzes the relationship between folk finance and urbanization in the process of institutional change from the point of view of institutional change. Then, this paper carries out an empirical study on the impact of private finance on urbanization, and adopts panel data analysis method to combine the scale index of private finance with the new urbanization index. From the perspective of empirical analysis of the relationship between private finance and urbanization, this paper provides data support for the previous theoretical research. Finally, according to the above analysis results, we find that private finance plays the strongest role in promoting the transfer of rural population to cities and towns, followed by the role of promoting the upgrading of urban industrial structure, and the third is the role of urban employment. In order to make the folk finance serve the urbanization construction better, this paper puts forward the relevant policy suggestions in view of the current situation of the folk finance and urbanization construction in our country.
