【摘要】：作為管理學的一門重要分支學科,項目管理在我國市場經濟改革的過程中,越來越具備重要的實踐意義。從基本定義上看,項目管理是指在項目運營中運用專業(yè)的管理思路、管理手段、管理方法、管理技能、管理工具等,在有限的資源范疇內,所運營的項目能夠達成甚至超過預設目標的管理過程。從實踐上看,項目管理在社會生活的各個領域都有普遍的應用。本文旨在通過對PA銀行武漢分行社區(qū)銀行項目的管理運營進行分析和研究,將項目管理理論上的知識演化為實際的操作,探討采取什么樣的變通方式,采取什么樣的方法乃至創(chuàng)造性的思維來解決困難,為達成甚至超出項目管理的預設目標而提出意見和可行性方案。從而進一步提升學習者對項目管理理論知識的理解和實際運用能力。PA銀行是一個國內股份制銀行的名稱簡寫,本文中將以PA銀行來代表這家知名銀行企業(yè)。PA銀行的社區(qū)項目,近幾年來在社會上也具備了一定的影響力和知名度,而且從項目產生到現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展,也經歷了前期的調查分析,操作中的總結修正等等的過程,基本上該項目的運作已經初見成效,整體進入相對成熟的發(fā)展階段,可以作為一個典型的案例,從中研究項目管理知識的運用方法。本文從PA銀行武漢市分行社區(qū)銀行項目的誕生背景,再到該項目管理過程中的進度管理、質量管理、財務管理、人力管理等各個要素板塊,都進行了很細致深入的研究和探討。作為結論,本文也從項目管理的專業(yè)角度,為PA銀行的社區(qū)銀行項目提出了一些可行性的意見,供該項目的實際操作者以及項目管理領域內的學習者們參考。
[Abstract]:As an important branch of management, project management has more and more important practical significance in the process of market economy reform in China. From the basic definition, project management refers to the use of professional management ideas, management means, management methods, management skills, management tools, etc., within the scope of limited resources. The management process in which the operating project can achieve or exceed the set objectives. In practice, project management is widely used in all fields of social life. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the management and operation of community bank project in Wuhan Branch of PA Bank, to transform the theoretical knowledge of project management into practical operation, and to discuss what alternative ways to adopt. What kind of method and even creative thinking should be taken to solve the difficulties, and put forward opinions and feasible plans to achieve or even exceed the predefined goal of project management. In order to further enhance the learners' understanding and practical application of project management theory knowledge. PA Bank is a domestic joint-stock bank name abbreviated, In this paper, PA Bank will be used to represent the community project of the well-known bank enterprise. PA Bank. In recent years, it has also had a certain degree of influence and popularity in the society, and has developed from the project to the present. It has also gone through the process of investigation and analysis in the early stage, summary and revision in operation and so on. Basically, the operation of the project has already achieved initial results, and the whole project has entered a relatively mature stage of development, which can be regarded as a typical case. To study the application of project management knowledge. From the background of the community bank project in Wuhan Branch of PA Bank, to the progress management, quality management, financial management, manpower management and other elements of the project management, this paper has carried out a very detailed and in-depth study and discussion. As a conclusion, this paper also puts forward some feasible suggestions for the community bank project of PA Bank from the professional point of view of project management, for the reference of the practical operators of the project as well as the learners in the field of project management.
