【摘要】：自2015年以來,泛亞、e租寶、大大集團(tuán)、中晉資產(chǎn)等動(dòng)輒百億級理財(cái)平臺(tái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)暴露,使互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融成為當(dāng)前監(jiān)管部門及各研究領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。這些問題的發(fā)生不僅影響金融市場,影響社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定,而且是對投資者財(cái)產(chǎn)的欺詐性剝奪,透支了消費(fèi)者信心,阻礙互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融自身的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。究其原因,我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融在短期內(nèi)飛速發(fā)展,而相關(guān)法律出現(xiàn)空白和監(jiān)管缺位,應(yīng)是當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融問題頻發(fā)的主要源頭。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, the risk exposure of Pan-Asia, e-Zubo, Big Group, Zhongjin assets and so on makes Internet finance become the focus of the current regulatory and research fields. These problems not only affect the financial market and the stability of social economy, but also deprive investors of their property fraudulently, overdraw consumers' confidence and hinder the healthy and sustainable development of Internet finance itself. The reason is that the Internet finance in our country develops rapidly in a short period of time, and the blank of relevant laws and the absence of supervision should be the main source of the frequent occurrence of Internet financial problems at present.
