【摘要】：自助銀行是為滿足公眾對金融服務(wù)的需求在銀行營業(yè)網(wǎng)點以外地區(qū)設(shè)置的自助存取和辦理業(yè)務(wù)的銀行設(shè)備,相對于在行式自助柜員機(jī)有很多優(yōu)點,已成為商業(yè)銀行重要的發(fā)展方向。但目前中國銀行在濟(jì)南市一些城區(qū)和街道的自助銀行分布并不十分合理,有些區(qū)域自助銀行分布密度過大,存在資源浪費現(xiàn)象;而有些區(qū)域分布不足,甚至是空白,無法更好服務(wù)客戶,創(chuàng)造效益。如何科學(xué)合理的選址布局自助銀行成為亟待解決的問題。本文通過分析影響離行式自助銀行選址布局的五大因素:人口狀況、城市設(shè)施狀況、地形地勢、競爭狀況和交通條件,來研究中國銀行在濟(jì)南市特定城區(qū)和街道的自助銀行的選址問題。首先收集備選地址五個因素的一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上用專家打分法得出各因素的權(quán)重,然后用模糊綜合評價法進(jìn)行分析,從中得出最優(yōu)選址布局方案。本文為該項研究給出了詳細(xì)分析。論文主要內(nèi)容共分為五部分:第一,概述自助銀行網(wǎng)點選址研究的背景及意義。第二,選址方法及影響因素;第三,具體選址調(diào)查與分析。第四,一具體自助銀行選址為例研究詳細(xì)的選址過程。最后,對確定的選址進(jìn)行評價以及整體回顧并總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Self-service banks are banking equipment set up outside banking outlets to meet the needs of the public for financial services. They have many advantages over in-line self-service teller machines. Commercial banks have become an important direction of development. However, the distribution of self-help banks in some urban areas and streets of Jinan City is not very reasonable at present. In some regions, the distribution density of self-help banks is too high, and there is a phenomenon of waste of resources. And some regional distribution is insufficient, even blank, unable to better serve the customer, creates the benefit. How to locate and distribute self-service bank scientifically and reasonably becomes an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzes five factors that influence the location and layout of off-line self-help banks: population, urban facilities, topography, competition and traffic conditions. To study the location of Bank of China in Jinan City in particular urban areas and streets of self-help banks. Firstly, the primary data of five factors of alternative address are collected and analyzed, and on this basis, the weight of each factor is obtained by expert scoring method, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze, and the optimal location layout scheme is obtained from it. This paper gives a detailed analysis of this study. The main content of this paper is divided into five parts: first, the background and significance of self-service bank site selection are summarized. Second, site selection method and influencing factors; third, specific site selection investigation and analysis. Fourth, a specific self-help bank location for example to study the detailed location process. Finally, the location of the determined evaluation and overall review and summary.
