中國建設(shè)銀行成都X支行經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)型研究

【摘要】:新常態(tài)背景下,全球化趨勢更為明顯,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級加速,科技創(chuàng)新影響更為深遠(yuǎn)。我國銀行業(yè)更應(yīng)加速轉(zhuǎn)型以求生存發(fā)展。本文以中國建設(shè)銀行成都X支行為例,通過研究其經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)型路徑,以求以點(diǎn)帶面,得出可能適用于我國國有商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)型的參考建議。文章首先介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法等,同時也指出了可能的創(chuàng)新和不足。其次,文章梳理了與銀行經(jīng)營模式相關(guān)的理論,在總結(jié)相應(yīng)理論的最新研究進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上,也對其在銀行轉(zhuǎn)型中的應(yīng)用做出了自己的分析。同時也從歷史和現(xiàn)狀兩個角度分析國內(nèi)外銀行經(jīng)營模式,在將兩種模式加以對比的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了西方銀行業(yè)中值得我國銀行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中加以借鑒的因素。再次,文章對于X支行所面臨的問題進(jìn)行了具體分析,同時也分析了相應(yīng)問題的成因。根據(jù)本文的分析,X支行的問題主要集中在觀念、制度、人才隊(duì)伍和產(chǎn)品服務(wù)四個方面,同時又從宏觀、行業(yè)、市場和區(qū)域因素四個層面,對影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。最后,針對提到的問題,文章提出了解決策略。針對觀念上的問題,主要是加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)和教育工作,通過宣傳示范的作用進(jìn)行觀念轉(zhuǎn)變。針對制度上的問題,則是通過強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、建立健全決策機(jī)制和激勵機(jī)制等來加以實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對人才隊(duì)伍問題,則主要通過改善現(xiàn)有的選拔機(jī)制和用人制度,通過合理安排人員崗位、健全人才流動機(jī)制等來完善。針對產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的問題,則主要是強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新意識和業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)等方法來完善全員學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal, the trend of globalization is more obvious, the industrial structure transformation and upgrading is accelerated, and the impact of scientific and technological innovation is more far-reaching. The banking industry of our country should speed up the transformation in order to survive and develop. This paper takes Chengdu X Branch of China Construction Bank as an example, by studying the transformation path of its management mode, in order to obtain the reference suggestions which may be applicable to the transformation of management mode of state-owned commercial banks in China. This paper first introduces the research background, significance, research methods, and points out the possible innovations and shortcomings. Secondly, the article combs the theory related to the banking business model, and on the basis of summarizing the latest research progress of the corresponding theory, it also makes its own analysis on its application in the banking transformation. At the same time, it also analyzes the domestic and foreign banking management models from the historical and present point of view. On the basis of comparing the two models, the paper summarizes the factors in the western banking industry that are worthy of reference in the transformation and development of China's banking industry. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the problems faced by X Branch, and analyzes the causes of the corresponding problems. According to the analysis of this paper, the problems of X branch mainly focus on four aspects: concept, system, talent team and product service. At the same time, the influence factors are analyzed from four aspects: macroscopic, industry, market and regional factors. Finally, according to the mentioned problem, the paper puts forward the solution strategy. Aiming at the problem of concept, we should strengthen the work of study and education, and change our ideas by propagating the role of demonstration. Aiming at the problems of system, it is realized by strengthening the construction of leadership team, establishing and perfecting decision-making mechanism and incentive mechanism. In order to solve the problem of talent force, we can improve the existing selection mechanism and employment system, arrange the personnel position reasonably and perfect the talent flow mechanism. In order to solve the problem of product service, we should strengthen innovation consciousness and business learning to perfect the whole learning mechanism.
