中國建設(shè)銀行成都X支行經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)型研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal, the trend of globalization is more obvious, the industrial structure transformation and upgrading is accelerated, and the impact of scientific and technological innovation is more far-reaching. The banking industry of our country should speed up the transformation in order to survive and develop. This paper takes Chengdu X Branch of China Construction Bank as an example, by studying the transformation path of its management mode, in order to obtain the reference suggestions which may be applicable to the transformation of management mode of state-owned commercial banks in China. This paper first introduces the research background, significance, research methods, and points out the possible innovations and shortcomings. Secondly, the article combs the theory related to the banking business model, and on the basis of summarizing the latest research progress of the corresponding theory, it also makes its own analysis on its application in the banking transformation. At the same time, it also analyzes the domestic and foreign banking management models from the historical and present point of view. On the basis of comparing the two models, the paper summarizes the factors in the western banking industry that are worthy of reference in the transformation and development of China's banking industry. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the problems faced by X Branch, and analyzes the causes of the corresponding problems. According to the analysis of this paper, the problems of X branch mainly focus on four aspects: concept, system, talent team and product service. At the same time, the influence factors are analyzed from four aspects: macroscopic, industry, market and regional factors. Finally, according to the mentioned problem, the paper puts forward the solution strategy. Aiming at the problem of concept, we should strengthen the work of study and education, and change our ideas by propagating the role of demonstration. Aiming at the problems of system, it is realized by strengthening the construction of leadership team, establishing and perfecting decision-making mechanism and incentive mechanism. In order to solve the problem of talent force, we can improve the existing selection mechanism and employment system, arrange the personnel position reasonably and perfect the talent flow mechanism. In order to solve the problem of product service, we should strengthen innovation consciousness and business learning to perfect the whole learning mechanism.
