【摘要】：正2011年以來,我國電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪持續(xù)高發(fā),連續(xù)四年案發(fā)數(shù)增長超過70%,每年給受害群眾帶來的損失已超過100億元。2016年更是連續(xù)發(fā)生多起電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙惡性事件,引起社會(huì)各界廣泛關(guān)注。為維護(hù)社會(huì)長治久安,落實(shí)國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略,在黨中央和國務(wù)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,23個(gè)部委成立部際聯(lián)系會(huì)議制度,組織開展打擊和防范電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)新型違
[Abstract]:Since 2011, the number of telecom network crimes in China has continued to increase by more than 700.The annual losses to the victims have exceeded 10 billion yuan. In 2016, there were even a number of vicious incidents of telecom network fraud. It has aroused wide attention from all walks of life. In order to maintain long-term social stability and implement the national cyber security strategy, under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, 23 ministries and commissions have set up an inter-ministerial liaison conference system to organize and prevent new types of telecommunications network violations.
