【摘要】：自1978年改革開放以來,不管是面對動蕩多變的國際投資環(huán)境,還是席卷全球的金融危機(jī),我國對外直接投資都能穩(wěn)如泰山一樣保持穩(wěn)定的增長速度。我國政府從1979年提出“出國辦企業(yè)”,到2015年積極推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè),不斷完善“走出去”工作體系,加速對外直接投資步伐。三十多年來,為了讓跨國企業(yè)能夠真正地走向世界,我國政府不斷提出對外直接投資創(chuàng)新性政策。而今,面對經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化新形勢,繼續(xù)探索我國對外投資新道路,創(chuàng)造對外投資新高度,保持對外直接投資穩(wěn)定增長將成為我們的必修課。因此,全面分析對外直接投資特點(diǎn)及其重要影響因素,對我國對外直接投資進(jìn)一步發(fā)展具有重大意義。本文在閱讀大量投資分析理論后,首先對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對外直接投資影響因素的研究進(jìn)行綜合闡述,并介紹對外直接投資影響因素相關(guān)理論。其次運(yùn)用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對我國對外直接投資現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展進(jìn)行描述分析,并指出當(dāng)前我國在對外直接投資方面存在的問題。再次結(jié)合我國對外直接投資的特點(diǎn),明確了我國對外直接投資影響因素,并進(jìn)行梳理,為實(shí)證分析部分提供依據(jù)。然后在實(shí)證分析部分以國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合對外投資相關(guān)理論,首先運(yùn)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對我國1996-2015年的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行多元回歸分析,得出我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平與對外直接投資呈正相關(guān),居民消費(fèi)價格指數(shù)、人民幣匯率和商品出口對對外直接投資的影響均不顯著;其次運(yùn)用Eviews統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對我國直接投資較多的22個國家(地區(qū))2004-2014年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行面板數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出我國對外直接投資受東道國居民消費(fèi)價格指數(shù)、外匯儲備、勞動力總數(shù)、政府支出占GDP的比例以及我國對東道國已有的投資存量五個因素的影響顯著,而東道國人均GDP、對外直接投資凈流入占GDP百分比對我國對外直接投資的影響不明顯。最后根據(jù)我國對外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)證分析得出的相關(guān)結(jié)論,分別從政府層面和企業(yè)層面提出相關(guān)政策建議,以進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化我國對外直接投資結(jié)構(gòu),從而使我國企業(yè)可以更好地“走出去”。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1978, no matter in the face of the volatile international investment environment or the global financial crisis, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) can maintain a stable growth rate like Taishan. From 1979, the Chinese government put forward "going abroad to set up enterprises", and by 2015, it has actively promoted the construction of "Belt and Road", continuously improved the "going out" work system, and accelerated the pace of foreign direct investment. For more than 30 years, in order to enable multinational enterprises to truly go to the world, our government has constantly put forward innovative policies of foreign direct investment (OFDI). Now, in the face of the new situation of economic globalization, it will be our compulsory course to continue to explore the new way of China's foreign investment, to create a new height of foreign investment and to maintain the steady growth of foreign direct investment. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of foreign direct investment and its important influencing factors for the further development of China's foreign direct investment. After reading a large number of investment analysis theories, this paper first comprehensively expounds the research on the influencing factors of foreign direct investment (FDI) at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant theories of the influencing factors of foreign direct investment (FDI). Secondly, the present situation and development of China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) are described and analyzed by using descriptive statistical method, and the existing problems in China's FDI are pointed out. Thirdly, combined with the characteristics of China's foreign direct investment, this paper clarifies the influencing factors of China's foreign direct investment, and combs it to provide the basis for the empirical analysis. Then in the empirical analysis part, based on the domestic and foreign scholars' related research, combined with the related theory of foreign investment, we first use the SPSS statistical analysis software to carry on the multivariate regression analysis to the time series data from 1996 to 2015 in our country. It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the level of economic development and foreign direct investment, and the impact of consumer price index, RMB exchange rate and commodity export on foreign direct investment is not significant. Secondly, the panel data of 22 countries (regions) with more direct investment in China from 2004 to 2014 are analyzed by using Eviews statistical analysis software. It is concluded that China's foreign direct investment is affected by the consumer price index, foreign exchange reserve and total labor force of the host country. The ratio of government expenditure to GDP and the five factors that our country has to the existing investment stock of host country are significant, but the percentage of net inflow of GDP, to GDP in host country is not obvious. Finally, according to the current situation of China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) and the relevant conclusions of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations from the government level and the enterprise level, in order to further optimize the structure of China's OFDI. So that our enterprises can better "go out."
