【摘要】：本文通過對銀監(jiān)會網(wǎng)站披露的金融許可證信息的收集與整理,獲取了同時(shí)包含省際信息與時(shí)間信息的銀行業(yè)競爭數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)一步結(jié)合2005~2014年A股上市公司數(shù)據(jù),探討地區(qū)銀行業(yè)競爭程度對微觀企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)調(diào)整速度的影響。結(jié)論表明,企業(yè)所在地的銀行業(yè)競爭能夠加速企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)調(diào)整進(jìn)程,但由于銀行業(yè)競爭主要通過緩解企業(yè)融資約束、降低動態(tài)調(diào)整成本這一路徑發(fā)揮作用,因此,在過度負(fù)債、國有產(chǎn)權(quán)及成長性較低的企業(yè)樣本組中,其作用效果相對不明顯。本文研究為銀行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長提供了來自于中國的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù),也一定程度上拓展了資本結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)調(diào)整相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究視角。
[Abstract]:Based on the collection and collation of the financial license information disclosed on CBRC website, this paper obtains the banking competition data including interprovincial information and time information, and further combines the data of A-share listed companies from 2005 to 2014. This paper discusses the influence of regional banking competition on the speed of dynamic adjustment of micro enterprises' capital structure. The conclusion shows that the competition of the banking industry in the enterprise location can accelerate the process of dynamic adjustment of the capital structure of the enterprise. However, the competition of the banking industry plays an important role by easing the financing constraints of the enterprise and reducing the dynamic adjustment cost. The effect of excessive debt, state-owned property right and low growth is not obvious in the sample group of enterprises with excessive debt, state-owned property right and low growth. This study provides empirical evidence from China for banking structure and economic growth, and to some extent expands the perspective of research on the dynamic adjustment of capital structure.
