【摘要】：研究FDI對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響機(jī)制,掌握FDI對(duì)東道國的影響作用規(guī)律,對(duì)于提高各地區(qū)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平和改變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式都具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。利用單方向因果測度理論考察福建省FDI對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的長短期動(dòng)態(tài)影響結(jié)果表明:FDI對(duì)專利總和產(chǎn)生單方向積極的影響,并且這種影響隨著時(shí)間的推移逐漸削弱直至消失。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn):FDI對(duì)實(shí)用新型、外觀設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)明三種不同類型專利的影響在趨勢上與對(duì)專利總和的綜合影響基本一致,不過從短期來看,FDI對(duì)外觀設(shè)計(jì)的影響最大;在中期,FDI對(duì)發(fā)明專利的影響效果最強(qiáng);而長期,FDI則對(duì)實(shí)用新型的影響更強(qiáng)烈。
[Abstract]:It is of practical significance to study the influence mechanism of FDI on technological innovation and to master the law of FDI's influence on host country. It is of practical significance to improve the level of technological innovation and change the mode of economic development in various regions. Based on the theory of unidirectional causality measure, the results show that FDI in Fujian province has a positive effect on patent sum in long and short term, and this effect weakens gradually and disappears with the passage of time. Further study shows that the influence of the three different types of patents on utility model, design and invention is basically the same as that on the sum of patents in the trend, but in the short term FDI has the greatest impact on the design. In the medium term FDI has the strongest effect on invention patent, while long-term FDI has stronger effect on utility model.
