【摘要】：通過在生產(chǎn)函數(shù)中加入金融杠桿風(fēng)險控制函數(shù),分析了企業(yè)金融杠桿調(diào)整原因、路徑及對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,并利用日本的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行了檢驗。本文主要研究結(jié)論有:(1)風(fēng)險事件的發(fā)生迫使企業(yè)降杠桿,其路徑?jīng)Q定于財務(wù)杠桿風(fēng)險對風(fēng)險事件的敏感性與持續(xù)性,降杠桿可能導(dǎo)致資本邊際收益大于邊際成本時企業(yè)不愿增加投資,陷入資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表衰退;(2)金融制度通過影響資產(chǎn)定價、金融風(fēng)險在企業(yè)與國家之間承擔(dān)方式影響企業(yè)金融杠桿決策;(3)在資產(chǎn)收益率下降的情況下,政府加杠桿與企業(yè)減杠桿過程同時存在,公共支出對私人支出形成擠出效應(yīng),降杠桿的核心在于提高資產(chǎn)收益率。目前中國處于降杠桿周期,本文的研究有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:By adding financial leverage risk control function into the production function, this paper analyzes the reasons, paths and effects on economic growth of enterprises' financial leverage adjustment, and tests it by using the development experience of Japan. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the occurrence of risk events forces enterprises to reduce leverage, and its path depends on the sensitivity and sustainability of financial leverage risk to risk events. Deleveraging may result in firms unwilling to increase investment and fall into balance-sheet recession when the marginal return of capital exceeds the marginal cost; (2) the financial system influences asset pricing, Financial risk between the enterprise and the state affect the financial leverage decision-making; (3) in the case of a decline in the rate of return on assets, the process of government leverage and enterprise deleveraging exists simultaneously, and public expenditure forms an crowding out effect on private expenditure. The core of deleveraging is raising asset yields. At present, China is in a lever-reducing cycle, the study of this paper has some practical significance.
