【摘要】：基于中國(guó)2000~2014年的14個(gè)主要省會(huì)城市和直轄市的面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證考察城市層面法律執(zhí)行效率差異對(duì)外商投資的影響,并對(duì)比東部沿海和中西部地區(qū)城市的外商投資。研究表明:法律執(zhí)行效率越高的城市越能吸引外商企業(yè)投資,外商投資規(guī)模也越大,在控制了影響外商投資的其他因素后,以律師人數(shù)為法制環(huán)境的替代變量做穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)得到了類似的結(jié)論。進(jìn)一步研究法律執(zhí)行效率的地區(qū)差異對(duì)外商投資的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)東部地區(qū)和中西部地區(qū)的法律執(zhí)行效率差異直接影響到外商投資水平。
[Abstract]:Based on panel data of 14 major provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the Central Government from 2000 to 2014, this paper empirically investigates the impact of the difference in the efficiency of law enforcement at the city level on foreign investment, and compares the foreign investment in cities in the eastern coast and the central and western regions. The study shows that the more efficient the law enforcement is, the more foreign enterprises can be attracted to invest, and the larger the scale of foreign investment is, after controlling the other factors that affect foreign investment, Taking the number of lawyers as an alternative variable in the legal environment, a similar conclusion is obtained by the robustness test. It is found that the difference of the law enforcement efficiency between the eastern region and the central and western regions has a direct impact on the level of foreign investment.
