【摘要】：貨幣供給與價(jià)格產(chǎn)出間的穩(wěn)定關(guān)系構(gòu)成了貨幣政策有效性的前提,但在我國則受到了來自貨幣供求機(jī)制變化及所謂“迷失”貨幣問題的強(qiáng)勁挑戰(zhàn),貨幣化拐點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)后仍然持續(xù)加重的貨幣“迷失”現(xiàn)象更是成為現(xiàn)有理論解釋的難點(diǎn)。本文基于年度數(shù)據(jù)以及季度數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)我國迷失貨幣的持續(xù)加重主要源自階段性的動(dòng)因轉(zhuǎn)換,伴隨著90年代后經(jīng)濟(jì)開放的迅速推進(jìn),外匯占款沖擊逐漸取代貨幣化進(jìn)程成為我國迷失貨幣的主要成因;在外匯占款波動(dòng)的影響下,忽略開放經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下貨幣供給的結(jié)構(gòu)性特征而直接討論總量問題具有明顯的局限性,尤其是在當(dāng)前各國貨幣政策分歧加大且疊加了經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型擔(dān)憂的情境之下,在貨幣政策制定和執(zhí)行過程中,理應(yīng)納入外部結(jié)構(gòu)性沖擊對(duì)于國內(nèi)貨幣供求機(jī)制的影響。
[Abstract]:The stable relationship between money supply and price output constitutes the premise of the effectiveness of monetary policy, but in China it is challenged strongly by the change of monetary supply and demand mechanism and the so-called "lost" monetary problem. The phenomenon of currency "lost", which continues to increase after the turning point of monetization, has become a difficult point in theoretical explanation. Based on the empirical test of annual data and quarterly data, this paper finds that the sustained aggravation of lost currency in China is mainly due to the period of change of motivation, which is accompanied by the rapid development of economic opening after the 1990s. The impact of foreign exchange has gradually replaced the process of monetization as the main cause of loss of currency in China; under the influence of the fluctuation of foreign currency, Ignoring the structural characteristics of money supply in an open economy and discussing the aggregate problem directly have obvious limitations, especially in the current situation in which the monetary policy differences are widening and the worries of economic transformation are superimposed. In the process of monetary policy formulation and implementation, the influence of external structural shock on domestic monetary supply and demand mechanism should be taken into account.
