【摘要】：本文對中國總需求結構和內(nèi)生性貨幣供給機制做出了剖析,具體研究理論中所描述的作用機制。結果表明,國內(nèi)投資對國內(nèi)信貸有著顯著推動作用,凈出口累加值對外匯占款具有顯著推動作用,最終導致貨幣供給增加,進而提升了貨幣化水平。在此基礎上,筆者提出應該分別從實體經(jīng)濟層面和貨幣金融層面采取措施以緩解高貨幣化水平,提高貨幣使用效率,加快推動總需求結構的調(diào)整,積極轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式。除此之外,還要積極推動利率市場化改革、探索更加靈活的匯率制度、完善銀行及國有企業(yè)的預算約束機制。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the structure of aggregate demand and the mechanism of endogenous money supply in China, and studies the mechanism of action described in the theory. The results show that domestic investment plays a significant role in promoting domestic credit and net export accumulative value plays a significant role in promoting foreign exchange holdings, which eventually leads to an increase in money supply and thus raises the level of monetization. On this basis, the author proposes that measures should be taken from the real economy level and the monetary and financial level to alleviate the high level of monetization, improve the efficiency of the use of money, accelerate the adjustment of the aggregate demand structure, and actively change the economic development model. In addition, we should actively promote the reform of interest rate marketization, explore a more flexible exchange rate system, and improve the budgetary restraint mechanism of banks and state-owned enterprises.
