【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志,是社會對資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置的過程,而金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,它能夠?qū)Ξa(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、升級、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)生不可替代的支撐作用,這種作用的產(chǎn)生可以通過政策來引導(dǎo)投資的大方向,通過金融體系本身的完善來促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級。而京津冀區(qū)域目前要促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,形成新增長極,就必須要實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域整體結(jié)構(gòu)升級,而京津冀區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級需要金融業(yè)來提供有效的支持。本文主要選擇產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級中的金融支持作用為研究對象。首先整理相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究,并在這些理論基礎(chǔ)上,分析與探討其中的相互作用機(jī)理。接著通過真實(shí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)來對京津冀區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并對京津冀三地的金融發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分別研究,從銀行業(yè)、證券業(yè)、保險業(yè)三個角度對比京津冀三地金融發(fā)展的差異。第三,搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),將金融相關(guān)比率(FIR)、貸存比(LDR)、直接融資與間接融資的比率(DIR)作為自變量,將產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級程度(UIS)作為因變量,運(yùn)用EVIEWS7.2數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件,采用VAR模型通過單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和格蘭杰檢驗(yàn),研究金融促進(jìn)京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級狀況的總體情況,在對總體情況進(jìn)行定性分析的同時對京津冀三地的效果分別進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。最后,通過實(shí)證分析得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論,對京津冀區(qū)域在支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級中存在的問題進(jìn)行了診斷,并有針對性地提出政策建議,從政府層面、金融監(jiān)管部門層面和金融機(jī)構(gòu)層面這三個不同的角度全面提出了如何用政策措施和相應(yīng)的保障措施來增強(qiáng)金融支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級的效果。本文的實(shí)證研究結(jié)論表明:首先,京津冀區(qū)域的金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級之間都存在著緊密的聯(lián)系,整體上可以表現(xiàn)為顯著的正相關(guān);其次,北京、天津和河北三個不同地區(qū)對于不同的金融資源所產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級效果不同,在金融資源分配上面要協(xié)調(diào)合理;最后,由針對當(dāng)前京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級所面臨的問題,提出相應(yīng)的政策建議,更好地推進(jìn)京津冀整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效發(fā)展以及三個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of industrial structure is an important symbol of economic development and the process of society's optimal allocation of resources, while finance is the core of modern economy, which can support the adjustment, upgrading and optimization of industrial structure irreplaceable. This kind of effect can guide the investment direction through the policy, and promote the industrial structure adjustment and upgrade through the perfection of the financial system itself. In order to promote the coordinated development of the region and form a new growth pole, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region must realize the upgrading of the regional overall structure, and the upgrading of the industrial structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs the financial industry to provide effective support. This article mainly selects the financial support function in the industrial structure upgrading as the research object. Based on these theories, the interaction mechanism is analyzed and discussed. Then through the real data to analyze the status quo of the upgrading of the industrial structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and separately study the financial development of the three places, from the banking industry, the securities industry, This paper compares the differences of financial development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from three angles of insurance industry. Third, collect relevant data, take financial correlation ratio (Fir), loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR), direct and indirect financing ratio (DIR) as independent variables, take the degree of industrial structure upgrading (UIS) as dependent variables, and use EVIEWS7.2 data analysis software. Through unit root test, cointegration test and Granger test, the VAR model is used to study the overall situation of financial promotion of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The qualitative analysis of the overall situation and the effect of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are studied. Finally, through the empirical analysis to draw the corresponding conclusions, to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in support of industrial structure upgrading problems were diagnosed, and targeted to put forward policy recommendations, from the government level, This paper puts forward how to use policy measures and corresponding safeguard measures to enhance the effect of financial support industrial structure adjustment and upgrading from three different angles: financial supervision department level and financial institution level. The empirical results of this paper show that: first, there is a close relationship between financial development and industrial structure upgrading in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which can be shown as a significant positive correlation on the whole; second, Beijing, Three different regions in Tianjin and Hebei have different effects on upgrading the industrial structure of different financial resources, so we should coordinate and rationalize the allocation of financial resources. Finally, in view of the problems faced by the upgrading of the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, The corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to better promote the effective development of the whole economy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the coordinated development of the three regional economies.
