【摘要】：區(qū)塊鏈金融通過(guò)建立去中心化信用,使數(shù)字價(jià)值交換成為可能,徹底顛覆現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式,同時(shí)引發(fā)現(xiàn)有金融基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的改良,開(kāi)創(chuàng)新一代全球金融網(wǎng)絡(luò)。數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、自由貨幣理論和信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)理論為區(qū)塊鏈金融的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展提供了理論依據(jù)�，F(xiàn)階段學(xué)者們對(duì)區(qū)塊鏈金融的研究主要集中在區(qū)塊鏈金融的源起研究、驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制、顛覆效應(yīng)和博弈研究四大方面,并取得了一定的研究成果,但是仍存在若干亟待解決的問(wèn)題,如區(qū)塊鏈金融的制度框架研究、產(chǎn)品定價(jià)研究、監(jiān)管難點(diǎn)研究和深遠(yuǎn)影響研究等,這些問(wèn)題的解決有助于區(qū)塊鏈金融理論研究走上新臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:By establishing decentralized credit, blockchain finance makes digital value exchange possible, completely upsets existing business models, at the same time leads to the improvement of existing financial infrastructure and creates a new generation of global financial networks. Digital economy, free money theory and information asymmetry theory provide theoretical basis for the emergence and development of block chain finance. At present, scholars' research on blockchain finance mainly focuses on the origin of blockchain finance, driving mechanism, subversive effect and game theory, and has achieved some research results, but there are still some problems to be solved. For example, the research on the institutional framework of blockchain finance, the research on product pricing, the research on the difficulties of supervision and the study of far-reaching influence, etc., which are helpful to the theoretical research of blockchain finance on a new level.
