【摘要】：近年來,作為"走出去"先行者的商業(yè)銀行國際化步伐明顯加快,商業(yè)銀行海外經營網絡初步形成,海外資產規(guī)模迅速擴大。金融危機以后全球經濟金融發(fā)展分化、監(jiān)管標準趨嚴,而隨著我國商業(yè)銀行"走出去"步伐的加快,面臨著合規(guī)經營壓力加大,市場風險、信用風險等經營風險上升,國際化人才緊缺等問題。本文分析了我國商業(yè)銀行國際化經營的現狀和問題,總結經驗教訓,為我國金融機構實施國際化經營戰(zhàn)略提出相關建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a pioneer of "going out", the pace of internationalization of commercial banks has been accelerated obviously, the overseas operating network of commercial banks has been initially formed, and the scale of overseas assets has expanded rapidly. After the financial crisis, the global economic and financial development has been divided, and the regulatory standards have become stricter. With the acceleration of the pace of "going out" of commercial banks in China, they are facing increased pressure of compliance management, increased market risks, credit risks, and other operational risks. International talent shortage and other issues. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the international operation of commercial banks in China, summarizes the experience and lessons, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for the implementation of the internationalized management strategy of our country's financial institutions.
