【摘要】：正中小企業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的生力軍,在穩(wěn)定增長、擴大就業(yè)、促進創(chuàng)新等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。但是,隨著經(jīng)濟持續(xù)下行和市場競爭加劇,中小企業(yè)發(fā)展面臨著諸多困難,其中融資難、融資貴更是引起社會廣泛關(guān)注。緩解中小企業(yè)融資難貴問題,不能頭痛醫(yī)頭、腳痛醫(yī)腳,而是要深入研究"把準(zhǔn)脈",綜合施策"開藥方",如此才能從根本上破題。我國中小企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀中小企業(yè)融資是一個世界性的難題。20世紀(jì)30年代,英國金
[Abstract]:As a new force in the development of national economy, SMEs play an important role in stabilizing growth, expanding employment and promoting innovation. However, as the economy continues to decline and market competition intensifies, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is facing many difficulties. In order to solve the problem of difficult financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, we can't cure the head and foot. Instead, we should deeply study the "quasi pulse" and give the comprehensive policy "prescribing the prescription", so that we can solve the problem fundamentally.
