【摘要】：作為流通貨幣的重要組成部分,硬幣在支付流通中發(fā)揮著十分重要的支付找零作用。多年來,我國持續(xù)推進小面額貨幣硬幣化工作,但當(dāng)前仍存在著諸多掣肘致使硬幣循環(huán)流通不暢。為此,本文在結(jié)合上海市20多年硬幣流通使用的基礎(chǔ)上,針對硬幣循環(huán)中的基本情況與主要問題開展調(diào)研分析,并從管理制度、配套設(shè)施、面額設(shè)置、回收處理和防偽功能等五個角度積極尋求對策,希望對今后的硬幣循環(huán)流通管理能有所裨益。

Over the years, China has continued to promote the small denomination of coins, but there are still many constraints resulting in the circulation of coins circulation is not smooth.
