【摘要】：國(guó)際金融環(huán)境一體化與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)深入影響的大背景下,中國(guó)證券行業(yè)正處于不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的階段,證券公司的傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式接受到前所未有的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),作為證券公司收入主要來源的經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)也面臨不進(jìn)則退的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻。面對(duì)低迷的證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng),九州證券大力推動(dòng)券商互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展模式,通過培育經(jīng)紀(jì)人市場(chǎng)、發(fā)行經(jīng)紀(jì)寶等具體手段實(shí)現(xiàn)九州證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)換,從而推動(dòng)九州證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)朝著多元化、綜合型、服務(wù)型方向轉(zhuǎn)型。這一系列的舉措不僅帶動(dòng)了九州證券公司的飛速發(fā)展,也為中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)注入新活力。本文圍繞九州證券股份有限公司山東分公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型這一核心內(nèi)容開始論文寫作:首先分析九州證券股份有限公司山東分公司在國(guó)內(nèi)外證券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀下進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型的必然性和緊迫性;其次,從九州證券股份有限公司山東分公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)自身現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)出發(fā),重點(diǎn)分析九州證券的優(yōu)勢(shì)帶給山東分公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的基礎(chǔ)條件和力量,并從其現(xiàn)狀不足和缺點(diǎn)出發(fā)探索符合其轉(zhuǎn)型需求的方法和途徑;最后,從九州證券股份有限公司山東分公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)踐以及保障措施出發(fā)詳細(xì)論述其轉(zhuǎn)型的理論依據(jù)。該部分論述九州證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)原則、方向、保障措施。其中,保障措施中詳細(xì)描述經(jīng)紀(jì)寶的應(yīng)用,最終形成關(guān)于九州證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)策研究的詳細(xì)框架。本文重點(diǎn)論述了關(guān)于九州證券山東分公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)理論。山東分公司在總公司的支持下根據(jù)本地實(shí)際情況,重點(diǎn)培育經(jīng)紀(jì)人市場(chǎng),通過引進(jìn)推廣經(jīng)紀(jì)寶等具體改進(jìn)措施和手段,構(gòu)建了關(guān)于九州證券山東分公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的新理論框架為其他同類證券公司的經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the integration of the international financial environment and the deep influence of the Internet, the Chinese securities industry is in the stage of continuous development and innovation, and the traditional business model of the securities companies is under unprecedented pressure and challenge. As the main source of income of securities companies, brokerage business is also faced with the key moment of failure or retreat. In the face of the depressed securities brokerage business market, Kyushu Securities has vigorously promoted the Internet development model of securities dealers, and has realized the conversion of securities brokerage business in Kyushu through specific means such as cultivating the broker market and issuing brokerage treasures. So as to promote the securities brokerage business towards diversification, comprehensive, service-oriented transformation. This series of measures not only drive the rapid development of Kyushu Securities Company, but also inject new vitality into the Chinese securities market. This paper begins with the core content of the transformation of brokerage business in Shandong branch of Jiuzhou securities co., Ltd.: firstly, it analyzes the development of Shandong branch of Jiuzhou securities co., Ltd in the domestic and foreign securities market The inevitability and urgency of the transformation; Secondly, starting from the current situation and characteristics of brokerage business in Shandong Branch of Jiuzhou Securities Co., Ltd., the paper focuses on analyzing the basic conditions and strength of the transformation of brokerage business brought to Shandong Branch by the advantages of Jiuzhou Securities. And from its current situation and shortcomings to explore the needs of its transformation methods and approaches; finally, from the Jiuzhou Securities Co., Ltd. Shandong Branch brokerage business transformation practice and security measures to discuss the theoretical basis of its transformation in detail. This part discusses the relevant principles, direction and safeguard measures of securities brokerage business transformation in Kyushu. Among them, the application of brokerage treasure is described in detail in the safeguard measures, and finally the detailed framework of the research on the countermeasures of securities brokerage business transformation in Kyushu is formed. This paper focuses on the related theory of brokerage business transformation of Jiuzhou Securities Shandong Branch. With the support of the head office, Shandong Branch, in accordance with the actual local conditions, focuses on cultivating the broker market, and through introducing and promoting brokerage treasure and other specific improvement measures and means, A new theoretical framework for the transformation of brokerage business in Shandong Branch of Kyushu Securities is constructed to provide reference for the transformation of brokerage business of other similar securities companies.
