【摘要】：科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力,金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,科技和金融是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的兩翼�？萍夹推髽I(yè)是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要源泉,但科技型企業(yè)融資困難一直是制約其健康、快速發(fā)展的重要因素。"科技金融超市"是科技創(chuàng)新與金融資本相結(jié)合的新一代產(chǎn)物,是解決科技型企業(yè)融資難題的有效途徑。在大力推動(dòng)"雙創(chuàng)"的環(huán)境下,本研究基于科技金融研究現(xiàn)狀,從科技金融超市運(yùn)行服務(wù)的角度出發(fā),構(gòu)建了科技金融超市運(yùn)行架構(gòu),同時(shí)以河北省的科技金融超市合作機(jī)構(gòu)為案例,提出發(fā)展科技金融超市的對(duì)策建議并指出其發(fā)展方向,旨在為科技金融超市高效運(yùn)營(yíng)及進(jìn)一步推廣奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Science and technology is the first productive force, finance is the core of modern economy, science and technology and finance are the two wings of economic growth. Science and technology enterprises are an important source of technological innovation, but financing difficulties of science and technology enterprises have been an important factor restricting their healthy and rapid development. " The S & T financial supermarket "is a new generation product of the combination of scientific and technological innovation and financial capital, and is an effective way to solve the financing problem of sci-tech enterprises." Under the environment of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", based on the current research situation of science and technology finance, this paper constructs the operation structure of science and technology finance supermarket from the angle of operation service of science and technology finance supermarket. At the same time, taking the cooperative organization of science and technology finance supermarket in Hebei province as a case, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing science and technology finance supermarket and points out its developing direction, which aims to lay a foundation for the efficient operation and further promotion of science and technology finance supermarket.
