F信用社互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與金融逐步的融合,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融是利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和信息通信技術(shù),在支付、資金融通、投資和信息中介服務(wù)等實(shí)施創(chuàng)新的新型業(yè)務(wù)模式,對(duì)金融產(chǎn)品、業(yè)務(wù)、組織和服務(wù)等方面產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。其中以支付寶、微信金融為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù),已經(jīng)深刻的改變著我們的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣、生活方式甚至是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的格局。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融不僅給消費(fèi)者帶來越來越豐富便捷的生活,也變革了銀行的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)體系。可以說互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展壯大,在加速資本流動(dòng)、改善配置效率的同時(shí),促使銀行業(yè)不斷變革創(chuàng)新,也加劇了金融市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。農(nóng)村信用社是我國(guó)農(nóng)村金融的基礎(chǔ),近年來,通過大力強(qiáng)化互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)建設(shè),電子化水平有所提升,但是面對(duì)日益激烈的農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的沖擊,信用社只有不斷提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)、健康的發(fā)展。由此可見,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時(shí)代,信用社要在發(fā)展中立于不敗之地,必須高度重視互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融業(yè)務(wù),發(fā)揮資金實(shí)力雄厚、客戶資源豐富等優(yōu)勢(shì),把握好互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時(shí)代的脈搏,充分運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有的資源,在科學(xué)、合理的規(guī)劃中前行,創(chuàng)建符合自身發(fā)展的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融模式,提升市場(chǎng)占有率,為“三農(nóng)”發(fā)展提供更便捷、高效的金融服務(wù),這是我國(guó)農(nóng)村信用社互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融急需解決的問題。本文以金融和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)F信用社互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展的環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究,使用SWOT矩陣方法進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇分析,最終確定F信用社的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,F信用社應(yīng)該從內(nèi)部進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略管理上的變革,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、資源配置、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)、技術(shù)水平等方面加快發(fā)展,建立以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向的運(yùn)作模式,從而不斷促進(jìn)F信用社互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of network technology makes the Internet and finance merge step by step. Internet finance is a new business model to implement innovation in payment, financing, investment and information intermediary services using the Internet and information communication technology. Has had a profound impact on financial products, business, organization and services. Among them, the Internet financial innovation business represented by Alipay and WeChat Finance has profoundly changed our consumption habits, lifestyle and even the pattern of economic development. Internet finance not only brings rich and convenient life to consumers, but also changes the system of products and services of banks. It can be said that the development of Internet finance accelerates the capital flow and improves the allocation efficiency, at the same time, it impedes the banking industry to change and innovate constantly, and also intensifies the competition of the financial market. Rural credit cooperatives are the foundation of rural finance in our country. In recent years, through strengthening the construction of Internet business, the level of electronization has been improved, but in the face of the increasingly fierce impact of rural financial market and Internet finance, Credit cooperatives can achieve sustainable and healthy development only by constantly improving their core competitiveness. From this we can see that in the era of Internet finance, if credit cooperatives are to be invincible in their development, they must attach great importance to the Internet financial business, give full play to the advantages of strong capital and abundant customer resources, and grasp the pulse of the Internet financial age. Make full use of existing resources, advance in scientific and rational planning, create an Internet financial model in line with their own development, enhance market share, and provide more convenient and efficient financial services for the development of "three rural areas". This is the problem that our country rural credit cooperative Internet finance needs to solve urgently. Under the guidance of the theory of finance and Internet, this paper studies the environment of F credit cooperative's Internet finance development, and makes strategic choice analysis with SWOT matrix method. Finally determine the development strategy of F credit cooperatives. F credit cooperatives should carry out strategic management changes from within, accelerate development in terms of organizational structure, resource allocation, product and service, technical level, etc., and establish a market-oriented operation model. So as to promote F credit cooperatives, the healthy development of Internet finance.
