【摘要】：伴隨著2020年"全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)"的逼近,在此背景下,人民生活水平也在穩(wěn)步上升,社會(huì)整體狀況也在不斷的前進(jìn)。但是,我國的貧困問題依然十分嚴(yán)重,這直接會(huì)影響到2020年目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。金融扶貧是新時(shí)期國家扶貧工作一項(xiàng)重要手段。它通過金融平臺(tái),全方面為扶貧開發(fā)工作提供資金、信用等資源。金融扶貧是提高扶貧精準(zhǔn)性、有效性和持續(xù)性的關(guān)鍵舉措。寧夏回族自治區(qū)地處中國內(nèi)陸腹地,自然條件惡劣,交通運(yùn)輸滯后,加之區(qū)內(nèi)可用作生產(chǎn)、生活土地較小,制約了寧夏的發(fā)展。本文通過對(duì)金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧的內(nèi)涵分析出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用各種研究方法對(duì)金融扶貧工作開展的現(xiàn)狀入手,深入分析當(dāng)前寧夏金融扶貧的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、成效和存在的問題,并結(jié)合相關(guān)地區(qū)及國家的有效經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而找出寧夏金融扶貧發(fā)展有效的解決措施,為寧夏金融扶貧工作的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展提供一些可行的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the approaching of "realizing a well-off society in an all-round way" in 2020, the people's living standard is also rising steadily, and the whole social situation is advancing constantly. However, the poverty problem in China is still very serious, which will directly affect the achievement of the 2020 goal. Financial poverty alleviation is an important means of national poverty alleviation in the new period. It through the financial platform, all aspects of poverty alleviation and development work to provide funds, credit and other resources. Financial poverty alleviation is a key measure to improve the accuracy, effectiveness and sustainability of poverty alleviation. Ningxia Hui Autonomous region is located in the hinterland of China. The natural conditions are bad, the transportation is lagged behind, the area can be used for production, and the living land is small, which restricts the development of Ningxia. Based on the analysis of the connotation of financial precision poverty alleviation and the comprehensive application of various research methods to the present situation of financial poverty alleviation work, this paper deeply analyzes the current development situation, results and existing problems of financial poverty alleviation in Ningxia. Combining with the effective experiences of the relevant regions and countries, the paper finds out the effective measures for the development of financial poverty alleviation in Ningxia, and provides some feasible policy suggestions for the sustainable development of the financial poverty alleviation work in Ningxia.
