【摘要】：金融扶貧是我國(guó)精準(zhǔn)扶貧的重要組成部分。寧夏固原市以提升金融扶貧攻堅(jiān)的效率為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),主動(dòng)探索建立金融扶貧"寧夏固原模式",成為全國(guó)金融支持精準(zhǔn)扶貧的典型示范。"寧夏固原模式"從管理機(jī)制、信用等級(jí)、支持方式、信貸創(chuàng)新、宣傳教育、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、服務(wù)體系、考核方式等八個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了涵蓋"政府+金融+產(chǎn)業(yè)+貧困戶"四個(gè)維度的全方位金融扶貧模式,效果非常顯著,與國(guó)內(nèi)其他典型的金融扶貧模式相比,具有重要的借鑒意義。建議在全國(guó)14個(gè)集中連片特困地區(qū)有選擇地推廣"寧夏固原模式"。
[Abstract]:Financial poverty alleviation is an important component of precision poverty alleviation in China. In order to improve the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation, Ningxia Guyuan city took the initiative to explore and establish the "Ningxia Guyuan model", which has become a typical model of national financial support for accurate poverty alleviation. " Ningxia Guyuan model "from management mechanism, credit rating, support mode, credit innovation, propaganda and education, risk prevention, service system," This paper constructs a comprehensive financial poverty alleviation model covering the four dimensions of "poor households of government financial industry" in eight aspects, the effect of which is very remarkable. Compared with other typical financial poverty alleviation models in China, it has important significance for reference. It is suggested that the "Ningxia Guyuan Model" should be popularized selectively in 14 concentrated, continuous and difficult areas of the country.
