【摘要】：作為人民幣國際化最基礎(chǔ)和最關(guān)鍵的一步,跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算自2009年試點啟動以來得到了飛速發(fā)展。業(yè)務(wù)金額從2009年的不到36億元,大幅躍升到2016年5.32萬億元。其發(fā)展對于降低企業(yè)匯率風(fēng)險、改善貿(mào)易投資條件和增強國家經(jīng)濟實力等方面都有著重要的意義�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略構(gòu)想的提出更為跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算提供了珍貴的發(fā)展機遇。然而不可避免的是,在業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展過程中總會面臨著一些問題和挑戰(zhàn)。本文就是在這樣的背景下,探討跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算在當前國內(nèi)外形勢下的業(yè)務(wù)狀況、發(fā)展特點以及影響其發(fā)展的主要因素,以期推動其發(fā)展,進而實現(xiàn)人民幣國際化的目標。本文首先分析了跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)的特點,及發(fā)展面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,然后結(jié)合國際貿(mào)易貨幣選擇理論對影響該項業(yè)務(wù)的幾個因素進行了歸納。在前文理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上選取了2010年1月至2016年12月之間的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本進行實證分析,采用主成分分析法,得出貿(mào)易以及國際經(jīng)濟規(guī)模的擴大對業(yè)務(wù)有著正向促進作用,通貨膨脹率與業(yè)務(wù)額為負相關(guān)關(guān)系,同時業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展與政策的出臺有著密切聯(lián)系。最后根據(jù)前文的實證結(jié)果,對我國的跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算提出相關(guān)的發(fā)展建議,主要包括:保持宏觀經(jīng)濟額定增長、推進離岸人民幣市場全球布局、堅持匯率市場化改革以及加強與“一帶一路”沿線國家貿(mào)易合作。
[Abstract]:As the most basic and crucial step in RMB internationalization, cross-border trade RMB settlement has developed rapidly since the pilot launch in 2009. The amount of business from less than 3.6 billion yuan in 2009, jumped to 5.32 trillion yuan in 2016. Its development is of great significance in reducing the exchange rate risk, improving the terms of trade and investment and strengthening the national economic strength. The strategic conception of "Belt and Road" provides a precious development opportunity for RMB settlement of cross-border trade. However, inevitably, there are always some problems and challenges in the process of business development. In this context, this paper discusses the business situation, development characteristics and main factors affecting the development of cross-border trade RMB settlement at home and abroad, in order to promote its development and realize the goal of RMB internationalization. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of RMB settlement business in cross-border trade, and the external environment and internal conditions that the development is facing, and then sums up several factors that affect this business in combination with the theory of currency selection in international trade. Based on the previous theoretical research, the time series data from January 2010 to December 2016 are selected as samples for empirical analysis, and principal component analysis (PCA) is used. It is concluded that the expansion of trade and international economy has a positive effect on the business, the inflation rate is negatively related to the business volume, and the development of the business is closely related to the introduction of the policy. Finally, based on the above empirical results, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the RMB settlement of cross-border trade in China, mainly including: maintaining the macroeconomic nominal growth and promoting the global layout of the offshore RMB market. Adhere to the exchange rate market reform and strengthen trade cooperation with countries along the "Belt and Road".
