農(nóng)業(yè)銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融產(chǎn)品與案例研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)迫在眉睫的時(shí)機(jī),供應(yīng)鏈金融成為其變革創(chuàng)新的主要手段。經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化和全球一體化促使過(guò)去企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)演變成了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的不斷發(fā)展中,金融機(jī)構(gòu)積極介入,為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)提供資金支持,突破了買賣雙方的基礎(chǔ)貿(mào)易關(guān)系的局限,提高了整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈流動(dòng)資金的效率,在達(dá)到產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各方共贏的同時(shí),也為銀行開(kāi)辟了廣闊的贏利新空間。供應(yīng)鏈金融將整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)有效整合,以核心企業(yè)的信用進(jìn)行擔(dān)保,進(jìn)一步使得企業(yè)的服務(wù)模式以及產(chǎn)品得以創(chuàng)新,既可以在一定程度上幫助企業(yè)解決融資過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,也推動(dòng)了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。此外,其利用核心企業(yè)信用捆綁的運(yùn)作模式,降低了銀行信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高了銀行不斷探索供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展的可行性。綜上,對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品及案例進(jìn)行深入研究和思考,對(duì)銀行開(kāi)創(chuàng)新的盈利模式,謀求轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展具有積極的實(shí)踐意義。本文從供應(yīng)鏈金融的產(chǎn)生背景、發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融的益處、供應(yīng)鏈金融的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)踐等角度探討了農(nóng)業(yè)銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融的必要性、可行性,再結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)銀行現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品體系及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),與同業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行比較,找出存在的問(wèn)題。接著以服務(wù)S煙草公司供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)方案為例,為農(nóng)業(yè)銀行提供更完善、更高階的供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù),縮短同業(yè)差距,提高市場(chǎng)份額提供啟示和借鑒,最后提出擴(kuò)展供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)領(lǐng)域、縮短供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)差距、完善供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)部管理體系等對(duì)策建議,與上述煙草公司供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)案例相呼應(yīng)。本文主要采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、查閱統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、相關(guān)論文等方法整理分析數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用理論和具體案例相結(jié)合的方法得出研究結(jié)論。通過(guò)分析,本文認(rèn)為農(nóng)業(yè)銀行在供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)和推廣上,起步較晚,由于缺乏總體層面的規(guī)劃,仍處于各地區(qū)分散零星發(fā)展的局面,產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較弱,存在產(chǎn)品對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求滿足不足、與同業(yè)差距大、內(nèi)部管理與激勵(lì)機(jī)制亟待完善等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文以農(nóng)業(yè)銀行成功服務(wù)S煙草公司的供應(yīng)鏈金融綜合方案為例,提出了成功實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,最后總結(jié)發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融的完善建議,為農(nóng)業(yè)銀行乃至其他大型國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行更好地服務(wù)實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance has become the main means of transformation and innovation in modern commercial banks. Economic informatization and global integration promote the competition between enterprises into industrial chain competition. In the continuous development of the industrial chain, financial institutions actively intervene to provide financial support for various links of the industrial chain, breaking through the limitations of the basic trade relationship between the buyer and the seller, and improving the efficiency of the liquidity of the entire supply chain. In the industrial chain to achieve win-win situation, but also for banks to open up a wide range of new profit space. Supply chain finance effectively integrates all links in the industry chain, guarantees the credit of the core enterprises, and further makes the service modes and products of the enterprises innovative. To a certain extent, it can help enterprises solve the problems encountered in the process of financing, but also promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial chain. In addition, it makes use of the operation mode of core enterprise credit bundling, reduces the bank credit risk, and improves the feasibility of the bank exploring the development of supply chain finance. To sum up, it is of positive practical significance for banks to create a new profit model and to seek for transformation and development by deeply studying and pondering on supply chain products and cases. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of agricultural bank to develop supply chain finance from the perspective of the background of supply chain finance, the benefit of developing supply chain finance, the international and domestic practice of supply chain finance, etc. Combining with the current supply chain product system and business development situation of Agricultural Bank of China, this paper compares with the development situation of the same industry, and finds out the existing problems. Then taking the supply chain financial service scheme of Service S Tobacco Company as an example, it provides the Agricultural Bank with more perfect and higher supply chain financial services, shortens the gap between peers, and raises the market share to provide enlightenment and reference. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as expanding the supply chain service field, shortening the supply chain service gap and perfecting the internal management system of the supply chain, which is in line with the above tobacco company's case of supply chain financial service. This paper mainly uses the questionnaire, the statistical yearbook, related papers and other methods to collate and analyze the data, and use the method of combining theory with specific cases to draw the conclusion of the research. Through analysis, this paper thinks that the Agricultural Bank of China started relatively late in the research and development and promotion of supply chain products, because of the lack of overall planning, it is still in the situation of scattered development in various regions, and the competitiveness of products is relatively weak. There are some problems, such as insufficient meeting of market demand, wide gap with peers, and urgent improvement of internal management and incentive mechanism. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the comprehensive scheme of supply chain finance of Agricultural Bank of China as an example, puts forward the experience and practice of successfully implementing the supply chain financial service, and finally summarizes the suggestions to improve the development of supply chain finance. For agricultural banks and other large-scale state-owned commercial banks to better serve the real industry chain to provide reference.
