【摘要】：山西省有豐富的煤炭資源,作為我國(guó)的能源基地,為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。但是,長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)使山西形成了不合理的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),第二產(chǎn)業(yè)占主導(dǎo)地位,制造業(yè)萎縮,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)凋敝。資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)還帶來(lái)一系列問(wèn)題,如環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重,城市現(xiàn)代化程度低,人民生活水平低下等�；谶@樣的背景,經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型是必然選擇。而金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,對(duì)各類資源的分配有優(yōu)化配置的作用,研究金融體系如何有效支持經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,對(duì)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型意義重大。論文圍繞金融和資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)兩者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)金融如何支持山西資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型提出自己的看法。研究方法以理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合為主。理論分析方面,一是概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和金融支持的理論,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了兩者之間的作用機(jī)制;二是對(duì)山西資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)以及金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述性分析,并對(duì)兩者之間的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出山西金融與資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型存在不匹配、支持力度不足的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,選取關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)在Eviews7.2中建立向量自回歸模型對(duì)金融和資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者存在平穩(wěn)的關(guān)系�；诶碚摲治龊蛯�(shí)證分析得出結(jié)論:金融支持對(duì)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型存在正向促進(jìn)作用,但山西金融發(fā)展水平低,金融體系與經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型下新的金融需求存在結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,導(dǎo)致金融對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的支持力度不足。最后,結(jié)合研究結(jié)論對(duì)構(gòu)建支持經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的金融體系提出相關(guān)的政策建議,包括改善金融生態(tài)環(huán)境,優(yōu)化金融結(jié)構(gòu),大力發(fā)展本地金融產(chǎn)業(yè),培育接替企業(yè),創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式等。論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于從現(xiàn)實(shí)情況出發(fā),對(duì)資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與金融兩者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,創(chuàng)新地提出打造地方標(biāo)桿金融企業(yè),將煤炭、金融、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相融合,創(chuàng)建線上煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)金融中心的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Province is rich in coal resources, as the energy base of our country, it has made great contribution to the national economic development and modernization. However, the long-term development of coal industry makes Shanxi form an unreasonable economic structure, the secondary industry dominates, the manufacturing industry shrinks and the tertiary industry withers. Resource-based economy also brings a series of problems, such as serious environmental pollution, low degree of urban modernization, low standard of living and so on. Based on this background, economic transformation is an inevitable choice. As the core of modern economy, finance plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of all kinds of resources. It is of great significance to study how the financial system can effectively support the economic transformation in Shanxi Province. This paper focuses on the relationship between finance and resource-based economy, and puts forward its own views on how finance supports the transformation of resource-based economy in Shanxi. The main research methods are theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. In theory analysis, firstly, it summarizes the theories of resource economy transformation and financial support at home and abroad, systematically summarizes the mechanism between the two, and secondly, describes the current situation of Shanxi resource economy and financial development. The adaptability between them is deeply studied, and the problem of mismatch and insufficient support between Shanxi finance and resource-based economy is put forward. On the basis of the empirical analysis, we select key indicators to establish vector autoregressive model in Eviews7.2 to study the relationship between finance and resource-based economy transformation, and find that there is a stable relationship between them. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, it is concluded that financial support has a positive role in promoting Shanxi's economic transformation, but the level of financial development in Shanxi is low, and there are structural contradictions between the financial system and the new financial needs under the economic transformation. Financial support for economic transformation is insufficient. Finally, based on the conclusions of the study, the paper puts forward some relevant policy recommendations to build the financial system supporting the economic transformation, including improving the financial ecological environment, optimizing the financial structure, vigorously developing the local financial industry, and cultivating the successor enterprises. Innovative industrial development model. The innovation of the paper lies in the study of the relationship between the transformation of resource-based economy and finance from the point of view of reality, and the innovative proposal of building a local benchmarking financial enterprise, integrating coal, finance and the Internet. Policy recommendations for the establishment of an online coal industry financial center.
