PS農(nóng)商行轉(zhuǎn)型社區(qū)銀行的組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:在國際經(jīng)濟政治環(huán)境變化復(fù)雜的情況下,銀行作為現(xiàn)代金融活動的重要媒介對于經(jīng)濟的影響力非常強,而經(jīng)濟活動又通過資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)影響銀行業(yè)的經(jīng)營發(fā)展。在我國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長持續(xù)放緩情況下,諸多國內(nèi)銀行紛紛尋求轉(zhuǎn)型,而轉(zhuǎn)型的必要基礎(chǔ)是一系列的組織架構(gòu)設(shè)計調(diào)整。本文主要在綜合國內(nèi)外有關(guān)銀行組織架構(gòu)搭建的理論基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和PS農(nóng)商行的實際情況,針對PS農(nóng)商行轉(zhuǎn)型社區(qū)銀行的目標(biāo),為其具體設(shè)計相關(guān)的組織架構(gòu),尋求理論與實際的結(jié)合達到有效提升企業(yè)效能的目標(biāo)。目前的PS農(nóng)商行組織架構(gòu)中存在的各種問題成為了轉(zhuǎn)型的巨大障礙,如組織架構(gòu)與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)不匹配,部門職能設(shè)置邊界不清晰,員工分工不明確和員工新老比例結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等諸多問題。本文將通過方案設(shè)計一一解決相應(yīng)的問題。首先本文將與組織架構(gòu)相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究情況和部分的重要理論進行了整理,從中梳理出對于組織架構(gòu)建設(shè)重要的理論與方法。然后對PS農(nóng)商行的現(xiàn)狀進行分析評價,分別從法人治理層面和經(jīng)營管理層面進行剖析,抽絲剝繭的找出目前存在的實際的問題。進而聯(lián)系組織架構(gòu)構(gòu)建理論與方法,建立相應(yīng)的原則體系,搭建整體思路的框架。最后從轉(zhuǎn)型后的角度出發(fā),針對實際問題,出具具體的設(shè)計方案,以達到解決問題的目的。在銀行業(yè)盈利水平不斷下降,競爭業(yè)態(tài)不斷加劇的大背景下,小銀行的發(fā)展日益艱難。本文選擇了一個規(guī)模較小的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行進行分析研究,力圖通過實踐聯(lián)系理論,理論指導(dǎo)實踐來踐行MBA學(xué)業(yè)中所學(xué)到的知識。與此同時更殷切的希望在于它能夠為整個行業(yè)的小銀行提供一個切實可行的計劃,為更多的小銀行提供一個借鑒的模板。從更宏觀的角度來說,它可以給予其他行業(yè)一個組織架構(gòu)設(shè)計研究案例并在學(xué)術(shù)上豐富組織架構(gòu)的理論研究。
[Abstract]:With the complex changes of international economic and political environment, banks, as an important medium of modern financial activities, have a strong influence on the economy, and economic activities affect the operation and development of the banking industry through the business of assets. With China's GDP growth continuing to slow, many domestic banks have sought to transform, and the necessary basis for the transition is a series of organizational structure design adjustments. On the basis of synthesizing the theories of the banking organization structure at home and abroad, this paper combines the current economic environment and the actual situation of the PS agribusiness bank, aiming at the goal of the transformation community bank of the PS agribusiness bank, designs the relevant organization structure for it. Seeking the combination of theory and practice to achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of enterprises. The problems existing in the organizational structure of PS agribusiness bank have become a great obstacle to the transformation, such as the mismatch between the organizational structure and the business development objectives, the unclear boundaries of department functions, There are many problems such as unclear division of labor and unreasonable structure of new and old proportion of employees. This paper will solve the corresponding problems one by one through the scheme design. First of all, this paper sort out the research situation and some important theories related to the organizational structure, and sort out the important theories and methods for the organizational structure construction. Then it analyzes and evaluates the present situation of PS agribusiness, analyzes the level of corporate governance and management, and finds out the existing practical problems. Then, it establishes the corresponding principle system and the frame of the whole train of thought by connecting with the theory and method of organizational structure construction. Finally, from the point of view of transformation, a specific design scheme is presented to solve the problem. The development of small banks is becoming more and more difficult under the background of declining profit level and increasing competition. This paper chooses a relatively small rural commercial bank for analysis and research, and tries to practice the knowledge learned in the study of MBA through the theory of practical association and theoretical guidance. At the same time, the more fervent hope is that it can provide a practical plan for small banks across the industry and a template for more small banks. From a broader perspective, it can give other industries a case study of organizational architecture design and academically enrich theoretical research on organizational architecture.
