【摘要】：省級(jí)開發(fā)區(qū)升格為國家級(jí)開發(fā)區(qū)是近年來中國特殊經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)政策的重要趨勢之一。通過創(chuàng)造更有利的營商環(huán)境和優(yōu)惠政策,升格后的開發(fā)區(qū)能夠吸引更多的投資尤其是外商直接投資,進(jìn)而提升地區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢。基于中國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),使用雙重差分的方法考察了開發(fā)區(qū)升格對企業(yè)出口的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示,開發(fā)區(qū)升格能夠顯著促進(jìn)區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的出口總量和出口傾向。進(jìn)一步的研究表明,這種促進(jìn)作用主要是通過吸引外資企業(yè)從而克服外部融資約束實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:The promotion of provincial development zone to national level development zone is one of the important trends of China's special economic zone policy in recent years. By creating a more favourable business environment and preferential policies, the upgraded development zone can attract more investment, especially foreign direct investment, thereby enhancing the comparative advantage of the region. Based on the data of Chinese industrial enterprises, the double differential method is used to investigate the influence of upgrading of development zones on the export of enterprises. The results show that the upgrading of the development zone can significantly promote the total export volume and export tendency of the enterprises in the region. Further studies show that this promotion is mainly achieved by attracting foreign enterprises to overcome external financing constraints.
