基于平衡計分卡的YZ銀行績效評價體系研究

【摘要】:隨著各商業(yè)銀行的增速越來越快,同行間的競爭愈演愈烈,這主要歸結(jié)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融和利率市場化的發(fā)展。金融業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中具有重要地位,因其自身特殊性,即現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟是市場經(jīng)濟,本質(zhì)上就是發(fā)達貨幣信用經(jīng)濟或金融經(jīng)濟;再者,金融業(yè)在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起調(diào)節(jié)性作用。而商業(yè)銀行的健康發(fā)展在一定程度上推動著金融業(yè)的發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行是直接參與市場經(jīng)濟活動的主體,聯(lián)系貨幣政策,也是貨幣流通的重要媒介。在商業(yè)銀行重視業(yè)務業(yè)績、持續(xù)擴張的形勢下,銀行內(nèi)的績效管理越發(fā)突出。目前來說商業(yè)銀行還未完善績效評價機制,而有效的績效評價體系能夠促進商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展。平衡計分卡這種方法,打破了傳統(tǒng)績效評價的限制,更大限度地將銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標轉(zhuǎn)化為具體可見的管理流程,具有極強的可操作性。對于推動商業(yè)銀行快速健康發(fā)展,將銀行績效與戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合具有重要意義。以YZ銀行為例,分析YZ銀行的績效評價體系的具體情況,同時分析如何根據(jù)實際情況構建有效的績效評價體系。通過運用文獻綜述法、案例分析法和層次分析法對平衡計分卡在YZ銀行中的應用進行剖析,共分為五部分:首先,通過對研究的目的、意義、內(nèi)容和方法的介紹為下文研究做好前提。其次,對國內(nèi)外銀行所使用的績效評價方法進行相應的比較以及剖析績效評價和平衡計分卡之間存在的聯(lián)系,并結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行的特征,確定了平衡計分卡對于績效評價體系的重要地位。接下來通過YZ商業(yè)銀行,結(jié)合其內(nèi)部的實際情形和發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題,通過層次分析的方法建立該銀行的評價體系。此體系以YZ商業(yè)銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標為根本內(nèi)容,繼而將該目標一層一層地落實到銀行的所有部門和全體職員中,并對該體系應用于銀行內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生的影響進行評價。最后,有針對性的提出,基于平衡計分卡的YZ商業(yè)銀行績效評價體系的保障措施,希望能夠促進YZ商業(yè)銀行的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the growth of commercial banks is growing faster and faster, the competition among the peers is getting stronger and stronger, which is mainly attributed to the development of Internet Finance and interest rate marketization. The financial industry has an important position in the national economy, because of its own particularity, that is, the modern economy is a market economy, in essence it is the developed currency credit economy or the financial economy; furthermore, gold The financial industry plays a regulatory role in the development of modern economy. The healthy development of commercial banks has promoted the development of the financial industry to a certain extent. Commercial banks are the main body of direct participation in the market economic activities. It is also an important medium of currency circulation. At present, the commercial bank has not yet perfected the performance evaluation mechanism, and the effective performance evaluation system can promote the development of commercial banks. The balanced scorecard has broken the limitation of the traditional performance evaluation and transformed the strategic target of the bank into a concrete and visible management process to a greater extent. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of commercial banks, it is of great significance to combine the performance of the bank with the strategy. Take YZ bank as an example, analyze the specific situation of the performance evaluation system of YZ bank, and analyze how to construct an effective performance evaluation system according to the actual situation. By using the literature review and case analysis method The analysis of the application of the Balanced Scorecard in YZ bank is divided into five parts: first, through the introduction of the purpose, meaning, content and method of the research, the paper makes the premise for the following research. Secondly, it compares the performance evaluation methods used by the domestic and foreign banks and analyzes the performance evaluation and balance score. The relationship between the cards and the characteristics of commercial banks, the important position of the Balanced Scorecard for the performance evaluation system is determined. Then, through the YZ commercial bank, the evaluation system of the bank is established by the method of analytic hierarchy process, combining the actual situation within the commercial bank and the problems encountered in the process of development. This system is based on the Commercial Bank of YZ. The strategic goal is the basic content, then the target is put into all departments and staff of the bank from one layer to the other, and the impact of the system on the bank is evaluated. Finally, it is proposed that the safeguard measures of the YZ commercial bank performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard hope to promote the YZ The healthy development of commercial banks.
