基于平衡計(jì)分卡的YZ銀行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著各商業(yè)銀行的增速越來(lái)越快,同行間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈,這主要?dú)w結(jié)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融和利率市場(chǎng)化的發(fā)展。金融業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有重要地位,因其自身特殊性,即現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),本質(zhì)上就是發(fā)達(dá)貨幣信用經(jīng)濟(jì)或金融經(jīng)濟(jì);再者,金融業(yè)在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起調(diào)節(jié)性作用。而商業(yè)銀行的健康發(fā)展在一定程度上推動(dòng)著金融業(yè)的發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行是直接參與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的主體,聯(lián)系貨幣政策,也是貨幣流通的重要媒介。在商業(yè)銀行重視業(yè)務(wù)業(yè)績(jī)、持續(xù)擴(kuò)張的形勢(shì)下,銀行內(nèi)的績(jī)效管理越發(fā)突出。目前來(lái)說(shuō)商業(yè)銀行還未完善績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,而有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系能夠促進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展。平衡計(jì)分卡這種方法,打破了傳統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的限制,更大限度地將銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為具體可見(jiàn)的管理流程,具有極強(qiáng)的可操作性。對(duì)于推動(dòng)商業(yè)銀行快速健康發(fā)展,將銀行績(jī)效與戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合具有重要意義。以YZ銀行為例,分析YZ銀行的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的具體情況,同時(shí)分析如何根據(jù)實(shí)際情況構(gòu)建有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系。通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、案例分析法和層次分析法對(duì)平衡計(jì)分卡在YZ銀行中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行剖析,共分為五部分:首先,通過(guò)對(duì)研究的目的、意義、內(nèi)容和方法的介紹為下文研究做好前提。其次,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行所使用的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的比較以及剖析績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)和平衡計(jì)分卡之間存在的聯(lián)系,并結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行的特征,確定了平衡計(jì)分卡對(duì)于績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的重要地位。接下來(lái)通過(guò)YZ商業(yè)銀行,結(jié)合其內(nèi)部的實(shí)際情形和發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)層次分析的方法建立該銀行的評(píng)價(jià)體系。此體系以YZ商業(yè)銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為根本內(nèi)容,繼而將該目標(biāo)一層一層地落實(shí)到銀行的所有部門和全體職員中,并對(duì)該體系應(yīng)用于銀行內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后,有針對(duì)性的提出,基于平衡計(jì)分卡的YZ商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的保障措施,希望能夠促進(jìn)YZ商業(yè)銀行的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the growth of commercial banks is growing faster and faster, the competition among the peers is getting stronger and stronger, which is mainly attributed to the development of Internet Finance and interest rate marketization. The financial industry has an important position in the national economy, because of its own particularity, that is, the modern economy is a market economy, in essence it is the developed currency credit economy or the financial economy; furthermore, gold The financial industry plays a regulatory role in the development of modern economy. The healthy development of commercial banks has promoted the development of the financial industry to a certain extent. Commercial banks are the main body of direct participation in the market economic activities. It is also an important medium of currency circulation. At present, the commercial bank has not yet perfected the performance evaluation mechanism, and the effective performance evaluation system can promote the development of commercial banks. The balanced scorecard has broken the limitation of the traditional performance evaluation and transformed the strategic target of the bank into a concrete and visible management process to a greater extent. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of commercial banks, it is of great significance to combine the performance of the bank with the strategy. Take YZ bank as an example, analyze the specific situation of the performance evaluation system of YZ bank, and analyze how to construct an effective performance evaluation system according to the actual situation. By using the literature review and case analysis method The analysis of the application of the Balanced Scorecard in YZ bank is divided into five parts: first, through the introduction of the purpose, meaning, content and method of the research, the paper makes the premise for the following research. Secondly, it compares the performance evaluation methods used by the domestic and foreign banks and analyzes the performance evaluation and balance score. The relationship between the cards and the characteristics of commercial banks, the important position of the Balanced Scorecard for the performance evaluation system is determined. Then, through the YZ commercial bank, the evaluation system of the bank is established by the method of analytic hierarchy process, combining the actual situation within the commercial bank and the problems encountered in the process of development. This system is based on the Commercial Bank of YZ. The strategic goal is the basic content, then the target is put into all departments and staff of the bank from one layer to the other, and the impact of the system on the bank is evaluated. Finally, it is proposed that the safeguard measures of the YZ commercial bank performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard hope to promote the YZ The healthy development of commercial banks.
