【摘要】：改革開放以來,隨著我國參與全球化程度的不斷加深,國際資本跨境流動(dòng)逐漸成為我國對(duì)外開放中一個(gè)重要現(xiàn)象。國際資本頻繁出入我國會(huì)對(duì)我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。雖然長短期資本流動(dòng)的動(dòng)因不盡相同,但是,不論是總資本凈流動(dòng)、長期資本凈流動(dòng)還是短期資本凈流動(dòng)對(duì)于宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響都具有一些共性:資本凈流入/流出的增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致名義匯率升值/貶值、提高通貨膨脹率,并會(huì)影響國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。值得注意的是,短期資本凈流動(dòng)對(duì)于宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響強(qiáng)于長期資本凈流動(dòng),意味著當(dāng)前應(yīng)當(dāng)高度關(guān)注短期國際資本對(duì)我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of China's participation in globalization, the cross-border flow of international capital has gradually become an important phenomenon in China's opening to the outside world. Frequent international capital movement in and out of China will have an important impact on China's macroeconomic stability and economic development. Although the drivers of capital flows in the short and long term are not the same, whether they are net flows of total capital, Both long-term and short-term net capital flows have some common effects on macro-economy: the increase of net capital inflow / outflow will lead to nominal exchange rate appreciation / depreciation, increase inflation rate, and will affect the development of domestic economy. It is worth noting that the impact of net short-term capital flows on macroeconomic is stronger than that on long-term net capital flows, which means that the risks brought by short-term international capital to China's macroeconomic stability should be paid close attention to at present.
