【摘要】：以2006—2015年A股上市公司為樣本,采用篩選出的1225家公司10年期的面板數(shù)據(jù),通過構建固定效應模型研究貨幣政策、企業(yè)生命周期與銀行信用三者之間的關系,結果顯示:(1)不同生命周期階段的企業(yè)擁有不同的銀行信用,其中成長期企業(yè)擁有最多的銀行信用,衰退期次之,成熟期末之;(2)貨幣政策對不同生命周期階段的企業(yè)銀行信用產(chǎn)生的影響不同,具體為,衰退期企業(yè)和成熟期企業(yè)受貨幣政策的影響比較大,成長期企業(yè)受貨幣政策的影響比較小。研究結論對處于不同生命周期階段的企業(yè)在貨幣政策變動的情況下如何進行銀行信用融資具有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:Taking the A share listed companies from 2006 to 2015 as a sample, using the selected 10-year panel data of 1225 companies, this paper studies the relationship among monetary policy, enterprise life cycle and bank credit by constructing a fixed effect model. The results show that: (1) Enterprises with different life cycle stages have different bank credit, among which the growing enterprises have the most bank credit, followed by those in the recession. At the end of maturity, monetary policy has different effects on the credit of enterprise banks in different life cycle stages. In particular, enterprises in recession period and mature period are greatly influenced by monetary policy. Growth firms are less affected by monetary policy. The conclusion of the study has certain enlightenment significance to the enterprises in different life cycle stage how to carry on the bank credit financing under the situation of the monetary policy change.
