【摘要】：文章分析了"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的縱深背景與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,總結(jié)了金融支持"一帶一路"建設(shè)的主要體現(xiàn)在支持"走出去"、穩(wěn)步擴(kuò)大人民幣跨境使用、推動(dòng)我國與多邊開發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)合作三個(gè)方面,論述了金融支持"一帶一路"建設(shè)需要關(guān)注深化區(qū)域金融合作、注重引入中長期資金、構(gòu)建"分工+合作"格局、發(fā)展綠色金融四個(gè)重點(diǎn)問題,最后提出了甘肅加強(qiáng)"一帶一路"建設(shè)金融支持的政策建議:一是借助大交通、大物流建設(shè),拓寬長期投融資機(jī)制和加強(qiáng)區(qū)域金融合作;二是借助特色資源和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,完善政策性金融支持;三是借助能源大通道建設(shè),大力發(fā)展綠色金融;四是借助大文化大旅游建設(shè),創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the deep background and practical significance of the "Belt and Road" strategy, and summarizes that the financial support for the construction of "Belt and Road" is mainly embodied in supporting "going out" and steadily expanding the cross-border use of RMB. In order to promote the cooperation between China and multilateral development institutions, this paper discusses that the construction of financial support "Belt and Road" needs to pay attention to deepening regional financial cooperation, pay attention to the introduction of medium- and long-term funds, and construct a pattern of "division of labor and cooperation". Four key issues of developing green finance are put forward. At last, some policy suggestions are put forward to strengthen the financial support of "Belt and Road" in Gansu: first, with the aid of large transportation and logistics construction, the long-term investment and financing mechanism should be broadened and regional financial cooperation should be strengthened; The second is to improve the policy financial support with the help of characteristic resources and agricultural development; the third is to develop green finance with the aid of energy channel construction; the fourth is to innovate financial products and services with the help of large cultural tourism construction.
