【摘要】：東亞金融危機(jī)發(fā)生與東亞國家經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融所面臨的內(nèi)外部脆弱性及政策失誤密切相關(guān)。內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟(jì)政策過于短視,缺乏提升長期潛在增長率的政策,對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)政策則依賴出口導(dǎo)向型政策,盲目追求高增長。金融政策制定面臨"三元悖論"沖突,在相關(guān)條件不成熟的情況下,貿(mào)然實(shí)施金融自由化和全面開放資本賬戶,加之國際危機(jī)救助和協(xié)作機(jī)制缺乏,這些國家內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)失衡的逐步積累導(dǎo)致危機(jī)爆發(fā)。當(dāng)前東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)格局很大程度上受到東亞金融危機(jī)的影響,各國正通過東亞財(cái)經(jīng)合作提升經(jīng)濟(jì)增長潛力和經(jīng)濟(jì)韌性。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis in East Asia is closely related to the internal and external fragility and policy mistakes of East Asian countries. Internal economic policies are too short-sighted and lack policies to boost long-term potential growth, while foreign economic policies rely on export-oriented policies and blindly pursue high growth. The financial policy making is faced with the conflict of the "ternary paradox", under the condition that the relevant conditions are immature, the financial liberalization and the comprehensive opening of the capital account are carried out hastily, in addition to the lack of the international crisis rescue and cooperation mechanism. The gradual accumulation of internal and external economic imbalances in these countries led to the outbreak of the crisis. At present, the economic pattern of East Asia is greatly affected by the East Asian financial crisis, and countries are promoting economic growth potential and economic resilience through East Asian financial cooperation.
