【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)中存在金融資本"脫實(shí)向虛"的現(xiàn)象,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融能否有效解決中小企業(yè)的融資難題是一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文在分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、股票市場(chǎng)與中小企業(yè)各自發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及探討它們之間相互影響機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,基于SVAR模型實(shí)證探究了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、股票市場(chǎng)與中小企業(yè)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,并通過(guò)加入制造業(yè)進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融和股票市場(chǎng)未能有效推動(dòng)中小企業(yè)乃至整個(gè)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展主要依靠自身的積累;第二,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融平臺(tái)的大量資金流向了股票市場(chǎng),助長(zhǎng)了資本市場(chǎng)的繁榮;第三,中小企業(yè)對(duì)股票市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展起到了促進(jìn)作用,但對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)生了較弱的負(fù)向沖擊。最后,本文結(jié)合研究結(jié)論提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a phenomenon that financial capital "defies reality" in the financial market of our country. Whether Internet finance can effectively solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises is a hot issue. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Internet finance, stock market and small and medium-sized enterprises, and the mechanism of their mutual influence, this paper explores the Internet finance based on SVAR model. The relationship between the stock market and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is tested by joining the manufacturing industry. The results show that: first, the Internet financial and stock markets can not effectively promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and even the whole real economy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises mainly depends on their own accumulation; second, A large amount of money from Internet financial platform flows to the stock market, which contributes to the prosperity of the capital market. Thirdly, small and medium-sized enterprises promote the development of the stock market, but have a weaker negative impact on Internet finance. Finally, this paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations combined with the conclusions of the study.
