【摘要】：普惠金融發(fā)展的目標是消解金融排斥,向弱勢群體提供金融服務。通過回顧分析普惠金融的發(fā)展實踐,我們認識到發(fā)展普惠金融應堅持商業(yè)化可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則,激勵金融機構創(chuàng)新發(fā)展符合弱勢群體金融需求、成本適度的金融產品,以營造普惠金融發(fā)展的持續(xù)動力,實現互利共贏,才能推動普惠金融大發(fā)展。普惠金融不是無條件向所有弱勢群體提供金融服務,而是有服務邊界的。
[Abstract]:The goal of inclusive financial development is to eliminate financial exclusion and provide financial services to vulnerable groups. By reviewing and analyzing the development practice of inclusive finance, we realize that the development of inclusive finance should adhere to the principle of commercialization and sustainable development, and encourage financial institutions to innovate and develop financial products that meet the financial needs of the disadvantaged groups and have a moderate cost. Only by creating the sustained power of inclusive finance development and realizing mutual benefit and win-win can we promote the great development of inclusive finance. Inclusive finance is not an unconditional provision of financial services to all vulnerable groups, but a service boundary.
