【摘要】：區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)應(yīng)是繼蒸汽機(jī)、電力、信息和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科技之后,最有可能引發(fā)新一輪科技革命的核心技術(shù)。它的內(nèi)涵已超越了技術(shù)本身,代表著開(kāi)放、共享、去中心化的核心精神。它與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)一起已率先影響金融行業(yè)整個(gè)運(yùn)作體系乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)商業(yè)體系的運(yùn)作方式。區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)去中心化的理念創(chuàng)新將改變傳統(tǒng)金融行業(yè)的運(yùn)行規(guī)則及金融業(yè)態(tài),改變始于技術(shù)層面的基礎(chǔ)交易流程、金融交易的基本準(zhǔn)則以及相應(yīng)的監(jiān)管體系。
[Abstract]:Blockchain technology should be the core technology following steam engine, electricity, information and Internet technology, which is most likely to trigger a new round of technological revolution. Its connotation has gone beyond the technology itself, representing the core spirit of openness, sharing and decentralization. Together with the Internet, it has taken the lead in influencing the operation of the whole financial industry and even the whole social business system. The innovation of decentralization of blockchain technology will change the operation rules and financial forms of the traditional financial industry, change the basic transaction process, the basic rules of financial transaction and the corresponding regulatory system.
